Only 1 small problem I was left on hold for 15 plus minutes to discuss my renewal. It would have been better to request a callback. Once I got through, lovely staff, professional service.

Received my quotation in good time, gave me time to read and understand all the documents.
They contacted me a few times and texted to remind me it was due.

Received reminder about renewal of policy including policy booklet. Very straight forward and easy to read and understand, price was cheaper than previous year so win win and cover as expected. Phoned up to renew, followed prompts and put through to polite and knowledgeable member of staff, answered a few questions and paid for the policy. All done within a few minutes and documents received by email immediately. All simple and efficient and let me get on with my day.
