Had a minor quality issue with the item when delivered, this was attended to by E-renovation on a Saturday afternoon with a replacement item delivered 2 days later on Monday before lunch. These people take customer satisfaction seriously and don't muck around. Couldn't rate them highly enough for the service. The replacement item was top quality too. Gold star to E-renovation.

I admit I bought on price and was surprised the items are good quality were very well packaged and were dispatched quite quickly so I was able to complete my project earlier than expected

The team were very quick to deliver our supplies & there was no issue when we accidentally ordered the wrong thing, they changed it right away for us.

While we had a few hiccups during the initial ordering process , everything went smoothly after that and my item was delivered in an efficient and friendly manner.

Unfortunatley the bath was wrapped and packed with scratches all over it. Someone would have known this before it was sent. Please arrange to send a new bath asap.
