Michael was fabulous he couldn’t provide all of the items ordered but offered a few options! He also offered to fully refund if we wanted to choose another line of tapware etc.
he also kept in touch after hours.

Lovely sales guy but wrong item sent - only writing a review at all because I keep getting automated requests to do so and it’s annoying

Colour of product advertised was different to what arrived. There were two different tones completely in the shower screen set that will need to be repowdercoated to use without looking ridiculous. I asked for cost of recoating as compensation and was told, no you need to move on! I will be taking this further and will not use this company again!
