From the beginning this company was really great. I had told Julio and Diana what kind of fence I wanted, and they understood fully really had great prices too! The fence only took a few hours to put up, and the gentlemen here were very nice! I totally recommend using Ergeon!

On time and did a great job 👍 cleaned up afterwards, personable, fence looks great.

From the initial bid to the installation, everyone at Ergeon was polite and professional. The final product is lovely and makes my backyard very private. I have an adult autistic son who likes to build things, and now he has a space.

Great communication and competitive prices. Everyone was very friendly and informative about the process. Our fence came out great and I loved that the company was able to split the cost between ourselves and our neighbors and sent two invoices.

I wish I could have given negative reviews to these guys. Initially, I was promised that within 3 weeks my project would be completed, which was to connect the fence from 2 sides of my property, but it took more than 3 months, constant follow-ups, and some screaming over the phone to get the job done. Next comes the payment, I was told at the time of signing the contract that the mode of payment would depend on how I choose to pay i.e. cheque or finance also I was informed that there is a surcharge if I decide to pay through my credit card and somebody from finance would call me to set things up for me. They had also mentioned that they would not recommend paying by credit card because of the surcharge (their contract would not let you choose any other method of payment). Based on this, I specifically gave them the instruction that I would be using a cheque to pay, but to my surprise, the finance guys from this company just put the entire bill on my credit card. So thank you Ergeon first of all for a very poor work ethic and worst customer service. At least, I will never come back to you guys for any future work.

I am always someone that reads comments and often still go with my gut. My experience was excellent from the time of the initial conversation, until the final product. I was contacted multiple times in preparation and there was always a follow up call. My fence was install in less than 8 hours and they had to remove a small tree. Very please and referred them to several neighbors

Ergeon is great! Starting from the initial call, to the quoting method and on to installation, the entire process was a great experience. The project Manager, Juan, kept me informed of every phase of the project. The installers were quick, proficient, and cleaned up thoroughly.

I was contacted right away by Ergeon. The quote process was simple and easy. The materials were shown to me while I was on the phone with the project manager. An appointment was scheduled for the fence installation in one week. Their pricing was very reasonable and their service was excellent. I will definitely hire Ergeon again in the future.

The technicians that came out to install my fence were very thorough in making sure they communicated with me to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process.

Ergeon is a well-organized company...from the beginning with their rather high tech estimating process, to scheduling, to updates & reminders, you are never out of the loop or confused. You know exactly what to expect and they deliver as promised. And, most importantly, the workers are always kind, listen if you have questions, and certainly earn their money by completing their tasks. We've had Ergeon do two fence projects and, if I had more money, I'd have them do a third, a rather lengthy section. Both look great...I've always liked the look of a new fence.

We just had our fence installed by Ergeon. Omar, the project manager, was able to set up a scheduled time that worked for us. Sergio, the installer, and his crew were here on time. The crew was completely professional. The fence we had them install was able to be completed in one day. It was about 45 feet in length. They also, were very careful of the surrounding areas as well, and they left the worksite in very good condition when they were finished. We would definitely use this company again for any future fencing needs.

I'm very happy about my new fence. The workers were well-skilled, polite and professional.
