Fast quote, good marketing. Everything fell apart after that. Never made it past the permit process because the company didn’t fill in basic information requested by the county after 3 weeks! If they didn’t want to do the project, I wish they would have said so. That way we could have avoided wasting time.

OK I did the research you need to do the same! This is not a local company. It's a vinyl wholesaler and the products are most likely Chinese made because they wouldn't give me a producer of the product. Their California headquarters is a mailbox location in San Francisco. The "Locations" all 100+ of them in California are wannabe fence installers and I bet a majority are not even licensed and as a sub to this company you are to be licensed and insured. So beware.

I strongly recommend hiring Ergeon. They built the most incredible Modern Mailbox for me that is easily the best looking mailbox in the entire neighborhood.

If you want a true masterpiece and a work of art for a Modern Mailbox, hire this company immediately. You will not regret it.

Everything ran pretty smoothly throughout the whole process of getting our fence put in. Even when we hit a few bumps in the road due to errors on us or our neighbors end the Ergeon team kept us in the loop at all times. Everything was addressed and corrected with ease. On the day of our installation the team was prompt and professional. They got the work done quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our fence and our experience with Ergeon.

I highly recommend Ergeon for any fencing job. We called to have our fence gates replaced. Someone came out to measure within days of our call and Ed from sales called with a quote the same day. We went with Ergeon and we are so glad we did. Ed was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and was courteous and professional as was everyone we dealt with from Ergeon. Our new gates look wonderful and are perfect. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use Ergeon again when the need arises.

I just got my new fence completed today and it what everything that I wanted. I got the white vinyl fencing. They got here at 10 am and it was finish by 4pm. six hours to finish. They did a great job.

From our first call I was impressed with the competence and communication with this company (Sergio and Janine especially). Because of their busy schedule, the need for permits, and our vacation, it took several weeks to schedule the job. Ricardo and his very hard-working team arrived in late morning and somehow completed the job by late afternoon. The price was very fair and reasonable and the fence looks great. I highly recommend this company who will help you through every aspect of the project. And you pay after completion and your full approval of the work. We love our fence and the additional repairs made to our side fence.

Ergeon beat the competition's price by over $100 while adding an upgraded fence (top beam, redwood and bottom header beam).

Further, I had a property management company as a neighbor and it was a bit more tricky regarding payment. They need license, permits, tax info, etc. Ergeon kindly dealt with their needs and supported me as a home owner. They were also quick to get back with me with any questions I had.

The fence is much better than the original!

My project was to replace my old wooden fence with vinyl. After talking to many contractors, Ergeon seemed to be the winner. A few things did not go smoothly but the end result is worth the effort. A few days after installation completed, I found a few things that could have been done better and Ergeon was listening and sent Omar to address the issues. I think customer service is very important for every home projects and Ergeon delivered excellently. Now I enjoyed my new vinyl fence for many years to come.

Found the rewarding Ergeon took the time to do see what I needed and at what price point. Keep in contact and communicated throughout the entire project. Some changes were made doing the process everything went flawless. The contractors were great the supervisor was nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend Ergeon to friends and family.

My mom’s neighbor behind her got 3 estimates for replacing the rear yard fences. Ergeon’s prices beat out the other 2 fence contractors. I personally dealt with Camila to get an estimate to replace an additional portion of my moms fence. From start to finish, the staff at Ergeon has been helpful and professional. Communication is amazing. You will get emails and text messages to keep you in the loop from your initial appointment to the walk through to the utility company appointment to make sure there are no underground gas, electric and water lines that could be damaged. Eregon is very through and their staff is accessible and return emails and phone calls promptly. The install went very well and my mom is so pleased with her new fence. It is beautiful. We had a wonderful experience with Ergeon and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
