Thank you for reaching out to us with your feedback. After checking the delivery tracking we sent you at the shipment of your parcel, it seems that SEUR was unable to deliver the package to your home and has redirected it to a pick-up point. Unfortunately, this decision was made by SEUR without providing us with further details (at least, on the tracking), and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! I'm delighted to hear that you love our clothing overall :) I'm sorry though about your experience with one item and the delivery process.
Regarding the sweater, this is the first time we’ve received such feedback. Its long and wide sleeves are part of its oversized design, but we understand that this style may not suit everyone. Regarding the delivery issue with SEUR, we want to clarify that once the package leaves our warehouse, we don’t intervene in the delivery company's routing decisions. However, we’re truly sorry that this caused you inconvenience and required you to make adjustments to your schedule. Apparently, your situation is due to a high influx of packages, it seems that SEUR temporarily redirected deliveries to pick-up points :(

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you're experiencing shipping troubles/delays :/
When we ship a package, we always provide a tracking number, which allows you to check the status and delivery details of your package.
From what I can observe, new instructions were provided to the carrier on December 10th to deliver the package to a pickup point. It seems that the initially selected location couldn’t accommodate the parcel, which is why it has been redirected to another point. Based on the current updates, it should be delivered either this afternoon or tomorrow.
