Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience here. I’m truly sorry that the hoodie you received was defective :( I completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
We provided a free return label so you wouldn’t have to cover the shipping costs to send the item back. However, I’m truly sorry that my colleague from the customer service team didn’t offer you a promotional code to cover the initial shipping costs. I’ll make sure to ask her to provide one for you, as I believe that’s a fair solution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention :)

Did you track your package to understand what went wrong? At shipment, we sent a tracking number as a confirmation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! I’m sorry to read that the fabric didn’t meet your expectations :/
I noticed that the two items you chose are made from synthetic materials, which may not suit everyone’s preferences; I can understand.
Please note that we also have a wide selection of items made from natural fabrics, many of which are certified eco-responsible. You might find something more to your liking there :)
