We just came back from a family trip to Mexico. Stacey was such a great source of information and a sweetheart as well. She helped with the hundreds of questions I had and made me feel confident with everything.

Went to check in today.. and my Husband unfortunately put the wrong names on the booking 🤦🏽‍♀️I dealt with Charity from Escapes.. she was absolutely amazing to deal with. She fixed the issue so fast and efficiently.. so wonderful being able to deal with an incredible human being who had emotions and feelings.. hope this review reaches the correct person because she is an all star agent and I will be using her on our next booking with Escapes.. many thanks Charity for helping us keep our vacation tomorrow!! Stacey is the most amazing travel agent. We always book out family vacation with her. When Covid hit and the world was shutting down my daughter and I were in the States at a cheer competition. She was able to find flights for us and teammates to come back home.
We highly recommend Stacey and look forward to booking many more trips with her.

Stacey goes out of her way to assist her clients with their travel needs, she helped me plan a 45th Anniversary surprise trip to Hong Hong and Thailand. We use Stacey for all our travel needs. Most recently we booked a trip for 2026 with Sunwing. Stacey has kept me updated regarding seat selection since Westjet has not opened the seats up for selection. I highly recommend Stacey as a Travel Expert.

Stacey made me feel confident i was going to have a great holiday. She even came to my home and brought lunch to go over which forms I would need to take.

When I injured myself and was unable to go Stacey assured me that I had the right insurance to get the trip canceled. Now as I look forward to going at a later date I know I will be well taken care of.

We had a seamless booking experience through Urve for a family member’s wedding. Urve gave us many options for the car and hotel which ended up being close to the venue.

We found Escapes, specifically Charity, years ago for booking our winter vacations and have not looked back since. I have lost count on how many we have booked and have never had a bad experience. Fast, friendly, experienced, makes booking easy and stress free.

I attended a destination wedding planned by Kelsea and it was the best! Kelsea had every little detail sorted out, letting it be a breeze for the bride and groom and all of us guests on their special day as well as the days before and after the wedding. I cannot recommend Kelsea more as she made the bride and groom’s dream destination wedding come true!

I had filled out a request online at Escapes.ca and was responded to right away. I had a quick phone call with Shelly and she was able to present me with some very good options within our budget right away. She listened to what I was looking for and would get back to me the same day or within minutes. I was lucky to get a great deal on a brand new resort for our wedding. Everyone that came literally thanked us for picking such a nice place for a great price. I'd definitely go back to Shelley for any of our future travel plans.

Melanie was AMAZING to work with. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Her replies were quick and efficient. We have never used a travel agent before and we will never book any other way moving forward. It took all the stress out of booking and traveling knowing that she was a phone call or email away.

The people at the Barcelo Solymar make this resort the great place that it can be. Definitely a cheap and cheerful location with direct access to the Downtown area through their sister hotel at the Arenas Blancas, the beach was amazing. The a la carte's were lovely. The selection of food was what you would expect at a resort of this level. We were upgraded due to our room having a couple challenges with our lock and hot water. But once we were relocated, we had a wonderful experience in our new space. The beach is fantastic, the entertainment crew were fun, and every person who we talked to were there to ensure our happiness and comfort was met. We'd happily go back.
