I was notified of the name of the…
I was notified of the name of the engineer who would be attending: this is always helpful to know in advance.
He was on time, went about the survey appropriately and kept me informed as to his findings. He was appreciative of the fact that I had the loft ladder already in situ, and lights were on.
He gave me information on the "upgrade" that is available on my system, which was very useful to hear.

Always a great service from ESE. They fitted our solar panels 4-years ago and I always welcome the annual service, as it provides peace of mind that everything is working as it should. They are always super friendly and reliable.

The engineer arrived on time and had identification who he was. Everystep of the service was clearly explained and I was asked if I had any conserns.
All in a perfect experience.

Incompetent and no service will not ever recommend this company the servicing and warranty is useless
No service or help cannot call on phone and no response to tickets raised. Eventually managed to contact one of managers by text ,this again was useless and fault not looked at or solved after 7 weeks. This company do not offer service or warranty claims

I have used ESE for several years.
I have used ESE for several years.
When I had a problem they responded quickly to repair the fault.
The electrician at the time advised on a problem.
The latest service visit was extremely helpful and answered all my equerries. 9/3/2026.

solar system not working tried to contact these people now for 4 days with no response quick enough to take your thousands for the product tried all their depots and salesmen no answer so i would shop elsewhere if i were you

Appalling customer service.
*Edit - updated to change my name so it matches the ESE account. Could not reply to email as requested.
My system wasn't working for over a year and I was repeatedly ignored during that 12 month period whilst trying to get the repair arranged. Phone calls ignored, emails ignored, appointments cancelled last minute. The repair was finally completed in November but since then I have been waiting for compensation for my system being down for that time - the Chief Technical Officer himself assured me that I would be entitled to some. But now I'm back to my attempts to communicate being ignored. Appalling customer service and, from what I've read, I'm not the only one being treated as such.
