I have had to deal with your company on two separate occasions. The first time was a little while ago and I spoke to Jeff. The most recent occasion I spoke to a gentleman whose name escapes me. Perhaps your records will show who. I can say in all honesty that on both occasions I have NEVER dealt with people who were so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My lack of computer knowledge did not faze them and they were also very patient. As far as the product goes, I wouldn't have a clue but I assume it is very good. The date below is very approximate.

Getting close to 90 not out, I am generally all fingers and thumbs on my computer. I selected Eset about 15 years ago as a recommendation by Choice magazine and have never regretted my decision.
