They say no news is good news. You know a product is efficiently working in the background but suspicious of how good it really is whilst being silent. Lay your suspicions at rest because ESET works a treat. The monthly report lets you know exactly how busy it has been. Don't get me wrong. It tells you instantly when there is a problem and what caused it, so rest easy. Use with confidence.

Easy to renew

The security features are great, I have it on 7 devices which includes 2 Android phones, and I have had warnings about phone numbers as potential scams on numerous occasions. I would recommend Eset for the coverage and security, it gives peace of mind. I have had Eset for around 7 years now, and I will have Eset for the future as well. 👍

I've been using ESET for 20+ years. It has worked seamlessly with all Windows platforms over this time and I've not had a problem with viruses or any other threats. The continued development of its functionality is keeping it ahead of the game and all at a reasonable price.

I have used ESET Software for a number of years. ESET was recommended to me by my work Tech Gurus as being the software that the Techs use because it is excellent, easy to use and does exactly what it says it does. Purchased on the recommendation of our PC tech. We have been using ESET for 7 years now. It's easy to install provides seamless integration. And to-date we have had no issues with either viruses or malware

Easy to renew subscription and regular updates

The product is good. I’ve used it for years now. I get confused over the difference in different product names. There seem to be similar but different for home users.
I am also confused by the “upgrade offers” that are made three to four months prior to renewal of the current licence. It is never clear whether the “trial” upgrade starts immediately or at current subscription end as far as the billing and date of next renewal is concerned.
I have selected such an upgrade that included VPN but was confused by being asked to start an account to activate it. I would assume that an account with eset was all I needed, not something extra.
This was attempted to be assisted by your support but I don’t answer calls with no company name that leave no message. I assume it is a spam call but would return it if a message was left.
However the attempt to support was good. I have installed VPN without assistance.
I am still unclear as to the pricing of this upgrade. No details were given in the promotion. I’m still unclear what the cost would be to stay with the VPN version of home security. I’m unclear how that effects my licensing if I decide not to keep your vpn and use a free product instead with my former eset licensing.

Very responsive to security threats

This antivirus software is the best and lightest on the market. We've been using it for years and it's saved me from Trojans on a number of occasions.

My fee was due and it was all done very professionally with no hassles and it keeps me protected.

Helpful and supportive staff helped me with my ESET renewal.
