Company did have a multi-month delay they said was due to a fabric backorder, but once the item arrived, it was perfect! Very high quality and fit beautifully, it is one of my favorite fancy shirts now. Website is a pain to use but would definitely purchase from them again.

Company takes orders but does not fulfill them. Doesn't send refunds, or respond to inquiries about the order, absolute scam. Should be reported to the authorities there!

My sister found her bridesmaids dresses from here, I spent £120 on the dress and was told it would arrive in 8 weeks time, but it actually arrived after 4 months (only 2 weeks before the wedding).
Once the dress finally arrived, it did not fit correctly (despite paying extra for custom measurements), so I had to pay extra to have it tailored myself.
Understandably, I emailed them asking for compensation, and they replied saying in order to receive any compensation I needed to return the dress, but I explained that because it was a bridesmaids dress, and it took so long to arrive, I had no choice but to keep it as I didn’t have time to order a new one.
They didn’t get back to me so since then I have sent multiple emails following up, and still no response. It’s now been over a year and I’m still awaiting compensation.
All in all, dreadful dress, dreadful customer service, dreadful company, wish I could give negative stars.

This is my second review for eShakti since Trustpilot's AI removed my first one.
eShakti used to be a fantastic place to buy clothing and every item I bought was really pretty and fit perfectly.
However, something has happened and they handled it very poorly. Now, orders do not go through and there's no way to get refunded.
It's sad, because their dresses were the best.

Ordered a dress in April 2024, a full year later I have not received it and they have not refunded me. There has been a lot of email back and forth but it’s basically fraud.

I feel scammed. I returned an item, and instead of a refund, they gave me a gift voucher. Every time I try to use the voucher, I get an error message. I emailed several times but have not received a response.

Order never arrived
I spent hundreds of dollars and after a year of zero updates this shoddy company closed the order claimed “order complete” and closed it out. They never answered any customer d the multiple messages I sent.

I placed several orders a few years ago. The outfits were of very nice quality and fit well. Late 2023, I put in an order for a dress for a cruise. It didn't come in time even though the estimated delivery date said I had plenty of time (I ordered it about four months out). The dress finally came a month or so after my cruise. It was still a nice dress, and I had another cruise to go on so all was not lost.

They gave me a "sincere" apology and a $25 credit. Stupid me - I trusted them and placed another small order, spending another $15 or so. Well, it's been almost a year. The order is still stuck in Fabric & Kit creation. All attempts at contacting them have been ignored. So basically, they are handing out credit for another money grab.

Listen eShatki, it's one thing if you are just inept and have a hard time getting orders out. This is on purpose. You had no intent to send me anything. Enjoy your $15.

This company is no longer in business, and has not been since at least early 2023. The web site is purely a scam, they do not fulfill any orders. Please do not order from this scam web site.

I ordered two dresses last April in 2024. I hadn’t heard from them for about two months so I reached out only to be informed there was an issue with fabric and I would be advised when they were in production. After several months and continuing to email after the dresses I have had zero response. I have placed a complaint and also asked for a refund on the items still to this day I have received no response. It’s been almost a year. I do not recommend this site.

I ordered a dress in May 2024 and never received it. I emailed numerous times. Many years ago, this site used to be legit. I am not sure what happened.

Order placed in January 2024. I reached out to them over a month later because the order was still marked as "in production". Customer service claimed there was a quality issue with the fabric. I have not heard from them since, but I was charged for the order.

I placed two orders in spring 2024. After two months with no update, I reached out and was told to be patient as they were waiting for fabric. I waited another two months before following up again. At that point, I canceled one order but never received a refund. The second order was marked as delivered but was never shipped.

I emailed weekly for two months requesting my money back, but they never responded. By the time I contacted my credit card company, too much time had passed to dispute the charge. I lost $245 CAD.

Avoid ordering from them.

I have several dresses, custom-made, that I ordered from this company. I'm very pleased with those dresses and the timeline received. This last one though I ordered in May 2024. I had not received it by July. I emailed them and they said they were having supply issues. It is now March 2025 and I still have not received the address despite me sending two additional emails. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stole my money and never received my dress. Has not responded to email, online forms or phone calls.

Now the phone number is no longer in service.

This used to be my go-to store. I made an order 4/2024, and as of today, 2/2025, I have not received it.

Its nearly a year and I have not received my order. They used to be good. But I don't know what happened. Can I get a refund at least

Order never ever shipped after over a year. They do not respond to messages. Do not order from this company. SCAM!!!

Can’t give ZERO. Avoid this company. They kept saying they had fabric supply issues - for 3 months. Kept following up during this time. Finally, fed up, asked for a refund. It never occurred, original payment via PayPal. Kept following up on refund. They would NEVER acknowledge receipt of email.

Warning: because this company extended out the timeline for receipt of goods PayPal would not honour their non supply of refund policy. This is another level of disappointment.

I ordered a dress and the order was never updated. I sent an email and was told the fabric was being ordered. I have reached out again several times and get no response. I am pretty sure the dress wasn't ever going to be made. The website is still up but beware do not order anything!
