EShakti used to be great. Now they just take your money and never send you anything. Total fraud. It;s ridiculous that they leave their website up and take orders. They aren't sending anything, and because it's in India and takes a while, it will likely be too late to reverse any charges by the time you realize you've been ripped off. DO NOT USE

I had ordered from this company for several years and had always been pleased with both the quality and timely manner of delivery.
Until now. I ordered one dress in April and one in July, and have taken to emailing them almost weekly. I have neither dresses nor responses.
I used to recommend eshakati. I now will warn against them.

COMPLETE SCAM. Avoid eShakti at all costs unless you want to be robbed. I gave them $180.90 USD on 5/18/24 and never received my dresses.

What's worse is I emailed eShakti customer service 8/30/24 with no response.

eShakti is a scam company that will rob you if you try to order from them. I don't know how the owners can live with themselves keeping the website online when the business is non-operational. The owners must have been raised by parents who taught them it is OKAY to steal from others. Absolutely shameless people.

I ordered a dress for a wedding four months prior to the date. It never came and I have not received a refund after calls and emails.

Holding my money for canceled order. I used to love this company but they can no longer deliver on their promises. I placed an order in April and by the end of June, it was still not in production. Because I had a particular date for these items, I reached out to cancel the order, which took 3 points of contact. Finally, it was cancelled. have now asked 4 times for them to refund my $200. It has now been 90 days and there is no response. Very disappointed in what used to be a great experience. Cannot recommend.

Now catastrophic! It was perfect before the end of 2023. Since then, they have stopped delivering. They give the impression that one product in the order has been prepared but not the others. A first message is sent saying that it's due to quality problems in the factory, but that it'll be sorted out. And then all the messages go from apology to apology. It's a pity because it was really good before and it's become a scam.
Does anyone know of another site that does the same thing?

They never filled an order I made back in May 2024. They kept responding they had issues with the wrong material. Told me to wait. Now I cannot contact the number “ temporarily out of service”. I never got a refund. They seem to have just avoided me then quit. That’s so sad because I had ordered and supported them for a few yrs . Customer service just collapsed. Yet they kept advertising new patterns. - makes you wonder who stole all the money. They stole my money without a doubt .

I placed an order for 2 dresses on April 1st. Their email customer service replied back to my first contact indicating that they were having issues sourcing fabric - which is an understandable post-pandemic issue - but after 3 months my order was no longer showing up on the app in the "Previous Orders" section and I have not received any response from their customer service or technical service teams since - and their customer service phone line seems to be "temporarily" unavailable.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!Ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding. I ordered in May and it is now close to October and I haven’t received it. There is so response from customer service either by phone or email. Now I will have to go find another dress.

I placed two orders with eshakti and stayed the date I needed them by for an event. I did not get them in time so I asked to cx the orders. It took 3 weeks, but they finally confirmed they received my request and would cx my request and would refund my money (over $250.). However, it’s been almost 5 months and I haven’t received anything. I’ve sent 4 email requests for a status update and called twice, nobody answered and I had to leave a voice message to call me back and you guessed it, no call back. I have no idea where my money is and I can’t get anyone at eshakti to respond to me. Do not work with this company!

Eshakti is a scam. They are stealing from custombers like myself who ordered way back in March 2024. Delays and blame on COVID and quality of materials is a lie and they updated my order to cutting. I followed along up until June 2024 when I canceled and the email I received said I will be refunded and its September and no refund. I have contacted them via telephone (out of service) and IG.

Wow. Has this company gone downhill. I used to love eShakti, but the last six months have been a disaster. I purchased three dresses from them in July. It usually takes them a little longer because the items are custom made. I've shopped with them for years and if and when I had a problem it was quickly resolved. This time when I inquired about my items I heard nothing back for weeks. When I finally filed a dispute with Paypal my money was returned within three days. I really loved the products from eShakti, I am tall and appreciated their ability to customize items. I have seen other complaints from consumers online. What is distressing is that they still have an online store, but are not actually fulfilling orders. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as I am concerned they are taking people's money and not delivering goods as they have an online presence which is frequently updated. I feel fortunate to have received a refund from Paypal, but will no longer be shopping with them. I advise others to avoid them

DO NOT ORDER FROM ESHAKTI!!! They have never filled my order, they do not respond to emails, they DO NOT ever answer their phone calls or respond to messages, and they have not given a refund.....even when the wedding I ordered the dress for has past (and they ask the date of your event when ordering) Eshakti is very shady!! Do not use them!!!!

I placed an order with them on May 30, 2024 and also paid for the item the same day. I have never received the item. I have emailed them numerous times with no response. The customer service number they list is no longer in service. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I used to love the dresses from this company but have not received my last order. I ordered in February, 2024. They are not replying to emails, or phone calls. Horrible customer service.

This company has apparently gone out of business but is still taking orders! DO NOT order from them. They owe me 160 euros for dresses ordered April 2024 and never delivered, and I am just one of many ripped off.

I used to love this company! I'd ordered several beautiful dresses from them in the past, and some tops as well. They were all gorgeous and fit my body and my budget and almost all of them had pockets! I referred many friends to them as well.

But about a year ago, something happened. I don't know what it was. But I ordered a top in October 2023. It didn't arrive until February 2024 (after contacting them multiple times) and the quality was not up to their usual standard. They gave me a $25 discount on my next purchase, and I received a gift certificate as a birthday gift, so I could essentially order something for free. Not wanting to give up on my favorite store, I gave them one more chance and placed another order. That was in March 2024. I have received nothing but radio silence. I am heartbroken because they used to be so good!

Do not order from this company you will lose your money and won’t hear from them again .

Ich bin langjährige Eshakti Kundin und hatte bis zur aktuellen Bestellung nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Jetzt habe ich selbst nach Monaten mein Kleidungsstück nicht erhalten und auf Kommunikationsversuche wird nicht reagiert. Zum Glück habe ich über Paypal mein Geld zurückbekommen.
