In 2021 eerder bij deze winkel een bestelling gedaan en toen een positieve ervaring gehad: het bestelde kledingstuk was binnen afgesproken levertijd bezorgd, kloppend wat betreft de gewenste aanpassingen en ik was hier erg tevreden over.
Helaas nu in 2024 een hele andere ervaring. In april een bestelling geplaatst voor drie kledingstukken, waarna ik niets meer vernam. Na twee maanden per mail contact opgenomen waarna aangegeven werd dat er leveringsproblemen met de stoffen waren, maar ze verwachtten dat dit zich binnen enkele weken zou oplossen. Echter bleef het in de weken hierna weer stil en toen ik in augustus weer mailcontact opnam om te vragen naar de verwachte levertijd, werd aangegeven dat dit onbekend was en gevraagd of ik een refund wilde. Hierop aangegeven dat dit dan inderdaad mijn wens was, waarna teruggemaild werd dat ik dit dan binnen enkele weken zou ontvangen.
Ondertussen echter nog steeds niets ontvangen, ondanks twee e-mails in oktober en november, waar ook geen reactie meer op is gegeven.
Al met al gewoon heel erg jammer en zonde van het geld, zou eShakti dus nu absoluut afraden...

They are now officially scamming people. I have placed order in May in value of $200. They have not send anything, only deferred my requests and now even marked my items as deliverd in my account (although they have never gotten out of production in the detailed notes), even though I never even got a delivery note via email with shipping number, as it used to be the case. And of course I never received any delivery. Don't order here, you will not receive anything. I have reported them.

I ordered a dress in May that I have never received. In June they said there was a delay and I would receive an email when it shipped. That is the last I heard from them. The end of August I sent them an email requesting to cancel the order since I had never received it. I got no response and no refund. The website is still up and appears to be accepting orders. There is information on line that states they are no longer fulfilling orders. Don’t waste your money. They may have been a reputable company at one time but now it’s just a total scam.

I ordered from this company last year, order received on time and all was fine, BUT...
This year I placed an order in March, and I still have not received anything by November. I have emailed them several times and no reply since April, when they said my order was delayed. Also, because of my patience with this company, my credit card company will not refund me, as they say it's been too long since the purchase was made. I tried calling eShakti's customer service, but number is not available.
If they are not in business anymore, at least they should take their site down.

I never received my last order. I guess they are just in bankrupcy

Ordered a dress in March of 2024 - cancelled in May when it was obvious that they were not shipping and the event was near. Email said I would get a refund...NEVER happened! No response to emails and phone is disconnected now.

I ordered a dress in March and no progress had been made on it by June. I tried to contact them without much success. Finally got through to them and cancelled the order in August. They stated that I would receive a refund in full. Never arrived. Don't respond to emails. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered some clothes at the of May, the order has not arrived and I have heard nothing from the company despite repeated attempts. I used to be a regular customer, but something has happened and they are no longer trustworthy.

My daughters have bought from eshakti before. They received their orders in a short time, & loved them. My order was placed 7 months ago. Communications are ignored, & no garments.
I'm feeling very disappointed

I used to love this company and ordered from them all the time. However, as of August 2023 the company is NOT operational. They still have a website and will take your money for orders but they WILL NOT make/ship you any products. They will not respond to customer service emails/phone calls. They are not operating anymore! Do not order from them anymore! If you have ordered from them, initiate a chargeback with your credit card company immediately!

DO NOT ORDER FROM ESHAKTI. I was a faithful customer for several years but the order I placed in February has not been fulfilled, nor will it ever be. The CEO is under indictment for stealing millions, and since August 2024, employees are locked out of factories.

This is no longer a legitimate company. They were great in the past but now all they do is take your money. Their phone doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. I am out $800!!! Please listen to the other reviewers with the same story. This company needs to be shut down and its website removed. I waited for months for my merchandise and now it's too late for a dispute with my credit card. How is this legal?

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a dress in June and have nothing to show for the money I spent. I have emailed the company 7 times. They have responded once, after my initial email. Their reply was purely to placate me. Nothing since. Total rip off company.

After years of placing orders that were maybe a little slow but generally great, all reports are that they have now shut down, yet their ecommerce site still operates and takes orders (and money!!). No orders have been fulfilled since at least early 2024, possibly back to 2023. My own order from March '24 has not been received, and I have not received any responses from multiple customer service form submissions.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ESHAKTI! As of today, October 4, 2024, I am still waiting for an order I placed in March. In addition I still haven’t received a credit, refund, or gift card for a previous order that I cancelled after I paid for it. I cancelled that order because it didn’t arrive in time for the event that I ordered the dress for in the first place. They have the $249 that I paid back in March. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times. They stopped responding in June, 2024.

FRAUD - Company is out off business. The company has not returned any emails for a purchase on 20 May 2024 with the payment processed through Amazon Pay. The customer service phone numbers are disconnected. They are still taking order and payments.

I ordered a dress in May 2024 and now it's October and I still haven't received it! I tried emailing then 3 times and haven't received a response. They robbed me from my money. Avoid this company at all cost.

I ordered three dresses for a wedding in June..allowed 6 weeks for them to get to me. I received two of the three and still have not received the third. One of the dresses was way off on the sizing which I returned only to find that I would get a store credit. I have emailed numerous times..sometimes I get a response saying there is a problem with the fabric they received..other times no response at all!
I now have a store credit, a gift card they gave me for $25 and a dress that is still in limbo. I kept the correspondence that I did have with them and still hope they will come through

Order placed May 20, 2024. By July still nothing. Communicated with company then by July 27, 2024 still no order so requested a refund. told I would receive full refund and details to come. Nothing happened. I still have no dress and no refund.

I ordered a dress in February, received a package in June that contained 2 sweaters that I did not order. Followed the return instructions, verifying the receipt of the return with photo of the tracking screen. Cannot get my money refunded though I also sent photos of the box and contents. They will not respond.
