met premium package geboekt via Esky en vóór de vlucht met Transavia deze zelf gecancelled bij Esky via internet Ook voor de vlucht bij de Transavia balie op Alicante geweest maar die verwezen botweg naar Esky. Nu bezig voor een refund maar krijg bij Esky een idiote chatbot als communicator. Wat een slecht bedijf is dit- zou als crimineel moeten worden aangemerkt maar de grijze wetgevers slapen rustig verder.

Final prices make the choice easier. For sure eSky company made great P.R. including marketing. I gave 4* from 5* maximum, because I have also one negative experience from time during COVID, when I loose my money for bought tickets without refunds and was very difficult contacting responsible person and i get zero compensation. This time I bought flight tickets to Spain..
So I’m still little bit disappointed, but holidays with my family is for me more important and I still use flying.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I requested a date change 48 hours in advance, but eSky claimed it was not possible, even though tickets were clearly available on the airline’s website. The airline directed me back to eSky, yet no proper assistance was provided. I also experienced delays in receiving my excess payment refund and had to repeatedly chase for updates. Extremely disappointing experience and lack of accountability

vreselijk bedrijf!!
ik heb een boeking geplaatst met specifieke vluchttijden en vliegmaatschappij. Tot mijn allergrote schrik blijkt na betaling een hele andere vlucht gekoppeld aan mijn boeking. Meteen contact gelegd via chat en er werd mij verteld dat ze pas wat voor mij kon doen zodra de boeking bevestigd is. Nu eenmaal bevestigd blijkt dat ze het niet meer kunnen aanpassen aangezien het al bevestigd is. Ik heb tig keer contact gehad maar men verschuild zich achter van alles en we worden niet geholpen. KLM inmiddels gesproken en die geven aan dat esky de aanpassing kan niet en niet KLM en Esky zegt weer dat ze niks kunnen doen aangezien het bevestigd is. Echter volgens klm is er 0 contact geweest door esky over de foutieve vluchten.
wat een HEL!!
nooit maar dan ook nooit meer boeken bij deze vage zooi.
Ik dacht bij vakantiepiraten te boeken waar ik wel goede ervaringen mee had maar geen idee waarom mijn boeking nu hier terecht is gekomen. Wat een drama.... en een hoop geld kwijt
Ik heb reeds een klacht en verschillende berichten gestuurd met mijn gegevens en printscreens erbij!
De link in de reactie komt ook weer bij de standaard help pagina uit.
Update 20 febr
Nogmaals verzoek gedaan om vlucht aan te passen op 18 februari nadat de klantenservice van KLm mij aangaf dat Esky dit wel degelijk mag doen, klm zelf kan niks doen namelijk.
Helaas nog steeds geen reactie ondanks dat ik aangegeven kreeg deze binnen 24 uur zou ontvangen. Wat een spijt heb ik van deze boeking

I needed to change one leg of our trip and cancel and cancel the other. I was on the phone to take care of all this with a man by the name,Kamil, who was most pleasant and courteous. I hope I spelled his name correctly.
Kamil is an asset to your business and went out of his way by calling me back every step of the way to make sure funds were repaid to us for the cancelled trip while making sure I was a satisfied client.
