They don't want to refund the flight to Doha which is in a middle of a WAR ZONE.

They offered an alternative flight plan, which ALSO flies to DOHA, which is, and I repeat, IN THE MIDDLE OF A WAR ZONE.

I booked a £100 flight and right at the end they added £54 taxes

Pessimi. Ho completato tutta la procedura di prenotazione per poi ritrovarmi, solo alla fine, un’aggiunta di 200 euro. Il loro meccanismo è evidente: inizialmente mostrano un prezzo più basso rispetto a quello del sito ufficiale della compagnia per attirarti, ma dopo aver inserito tutti i dati il costo finale diventa identico a quello della compagnia aerea. Con la differenza che, a quel punto, ti ritrovi a prenotare tramite un sito terzo che non offre alcuna garanzia.

THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!
Do not buy tickets with this company!!!! The scam they are doing is on another level!!! I bought 2 tickets for me and my daugther and 1 check inn bag. When I received the confirmation, it was only 1 ticket and the dobble price for 1 bag. I report to the customer service imidiately. They didn’t do anything to help and nothing has been done to fix this. I advise no one to buy anything from this company! Buy the tickets directly through the airline to avoid big scammers like esky!!! I have allready reported this company for scam, and I will not stop! Bookingnr: 5197817369.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent experience while booking airline tickets through this service. I was quoted one price initially, but later extra charges were added to my tickets without any proper explanation.

I booked through this website and it charged me $100 more than booking directly through the airline. When I realized that mistake I contacted them to cancel my order (within 15 minutes of placing it). They said it was now out of their hands and I would have to contact the airline directly. So I now paid $100 more for absolutely nothing - complete scam, learn from my mistake and just book directly or at least be careful and double check!

Prezzi gonfiati. Ho prenotato un volo a/r Tunisi-Roma, andata il 26/O2 ritorno 19/03. Quando ho saputo che il giorno 26 c'era lo sciopero ho chiesto di anticipare la data di partenza. Nessuna risposta!!!!!!!!! Per fortuna oggi 24 febbraio sono andato all' aeroporto e presso gli uffici dell'ITA mi hanno detto che il volo di andata non era confermato, solo il ritorno. Tutto risolto in loco da uno splendido dipendente ITA.
Conclusioni : incompetenti e arroganti, state alla larga se potete!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A small correction in my booking was needed. The person in customer service did the necessary change very fast.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I went through the official Ryanair website to book a flight, and during the process I was redirected to eSky.com. It appeared that this was simply part of the booking process and that the price shown was the final ticket price.
However, after completing the payment, a $30 “service fee” was added — nearly half the cost of the entire ticket ($60). This fee was never clearly explained or transparently disclosed before payment.
I then spent the entire morning trying to cancel the flight. eSky told me they could not cancel it and that I needed to contact Ryanair. When I contacted Ryanair, they told me eSky had to handle the cancellation. I was sent back and forth between both companies, with neither taking responsibility or offering any real assistance.
This is extremely upsetting — especially because the ticket was for my elderly mother, who can barely afford the ticket itself, let alone an unexpected extra fee.
It feels misleading and unfair. Customers deserve transparency and accountability, not confusion and finger-pointing between companies. I wish we can close this website, so people don’t get scammed like this.
