The great advantage for choosing British Airways is that they have a direct flight to London Heathrow from Gothenburg. It is not very cheap though.....

Turligt nog så skickade flygbolaget en påminnelse om att det var dags att checka in.
Försökte hitta något telefonnummer till eSky men leddes bara till ett, inte lÀttillgÀngligt, kontaktformulÀr som inte gjorde det lÀttare, tyvÀrr.
Gav upp och gjorde jobbet sjÀlv och för det tog ju bolaget ut en liten slant men vad gjorde det?
Hade jag vÀntat, och hoppats på eSkys incheckning som Àndå kanske inte kommit, så hade det blivit en ganska stor summa att betala på flygplatsen!!!
Det hÀr bolaget Àr det absolut sÀmsta jag varit med om.

Can I please have my refund finally after 6 months?
Dessa agenter hade missat att meddela Pegasus att jag hade rÀtt till 30 kg bagage så för att få med bagaget var jag tvungen att betala nÀra 5000 sek till på flygplatsen.
Köper aldrig mer biljett via esky.
Iâve read your answer, below and Iâm still not pleased. Iâm YOUR customer since my original payment was made to you. I suppose you agree to that I did pay you for 30 kg luggage. If Pegasus tell me that they didnât get confirmation from you for that luggage and forces me to pay again then you have a problem amongst yourselves. Especially when Pegasus gets complaints like mine every day.
I cannot see how bad wills like mine is worth it for you. I will continue warn people for agencies.

KundtjÀnsten skriver att de inte förstår mina frågor. NÀ, det har ju ingen som kan svenska, alla svar Àr på engelska. Tar flera dar att få svar, eller icke svar som det var i detta fallet. Uselt, kommer aldrig anvÀnda dem igen. Rekommenderar alla att boka med något annat bolag.

Booked a flight with Ryanair via Esky that got cancelled. Ryanair transferred the money back to Esky but Esky will not refund me.
This is a total scam, never book via Esky.

Kunde inte online-checka in för flygresa med Ryanair och vid disken förklarade mannen att esky anvÀnder annan e-mail Àn min i kontakten med Ryanair vilket omöjliggör för online-checkin. "Det hÀnder ofta att det blir så". DÀrmed blir vi tvungna att betala 625 kronor per person för att checka in vid disken. NÀr jag stÀller frågan till Esky om detta svarar de inte. Men de vill ha betalt för att hjÀlpa till med incheckning vid hemresan. Efter Ànnu en betalning ber de om information om resan som redan finns i appen. Har laddat ner appen och dÀr finns all information men de vill ha den igen för att kunna hjÀlpa till med incheckning vid hemresan. Krångligt och dyrt.
