If I could a rating of less than one I would, I ordered a wig granted in clearance I believe, I never received the wig questionable was the order even filled. I contacted Fedex redirected me the shipper, Especially your redirected me to Fedex. In any event never the wig I would never ever order from this company had I read the reviews I would never anything the first place.

i wouldn't order from Especially Yours if my life depended on it. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my order and this company is not in another country but is here in the USA. The customer service reps are very rude and one told me to shhhhh while I was trying to explain why I called. Whoever runs this company should resign. Where are the owners?

Returned a "Pricey" dress, it was returned back to me. I called customer service to re return it and was told that I would have to pay for Shipping as the return label was lost. My thoughts why? cant you look at my order and see that I already paid, i have the dress meaning it was shipped. She could not even look at my ticket to tell me how much shipping would cost. I'm done!

I bought 5 items in clothes and shoes for $295.05 in one order and the company shipped them in two separate orders because one item was not in stock. The items fitted too large (except one item) and I request to exchange the other 4 items for smaller sizes. Customer service was so rude that I decided to return the 4 items instead of exchange. I package the return items in one box to which the company customer service says they would deduct $9.95 for return shipping. Well, they only refunded me $202.02 and the cost of the item I kept cost $39.99. They kept $45 with no explanation. I will never purchase from them ever again. They are a rip-off and customer service is nice before you purchase and afterwards they were very rude. I called to inquiry why they did not refund me the cost minus the items I kept, plus shipping and the lady says they charge 2 shipping costs because there were two original packages (even though one package was returned), then she assumed that the rest of the items I returned were probably not in the original boxes. Additionally, the clothes looked good in the pictures but the shoes are very unstable and wobbly - poorly made and the clothes have no hemming nor have a nice finish look. Again, you can find better quality with other companies, just not EY.

I received a promo email from Especially Yours on 4/26/2021. I placed an on-line order on 4/27/2021 and used the promo code in the email. I was overcharged on my order. I called them to get this adjusted with the deferred billing department. EVERYONE in that department that I spoke to was rude and nasty. I was called a liar, I was told the email that I received did not exist. I finally spoke to Barbara Duff and she asked me to email a copy of the email that I received. She asked to put me on hold while she viewed the email. She left me on hold and never came back to the phone. I had to call them 6 times and spent 3 hours on the phone. I was informed that Barbara went to lunch, while I was still holding on the phone. After 3 more calls, I was able to speak to Barbara again-she offered no apology or explanation as to why she left me on hold. She did admit that the email did exist, but said she could do nothing about it because it was a marketing error. Two days later, I received an email from Karen MacLeod. This email contained all of their customer's deferred orders...information that I should not have seen! I am still appalled with this business, and to date my issue has not been resolved. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I am done with them. Note-this is not the first time that they have sent me a promo email and not honored what it said!

This is a company that doesn’t like to take returns back and if they take it back you will loss about 1/3 of what you spend. I learned to not to take the chance.

I returned a clearance item I purchase because of the terrible fitting the same day I received it. Especially yours refused to give me a credit. They claim clearance items are non refundable. I asked they send the dress back to me then and they claim they gave my dress to charity without my ok. How can you send my returned item to some charity?Especially Yours stole $54 which was the cost of the dress from me.

Not only are the wigs over priced and poor quality but no incentives for ordering from them. They also charge you for a COVID surcharge ?? What is that? Do not buy. The clothing is ok, but so overpriced for them to be made in China.

Went online to look for a wig and I saw a picture of a wig that looked cute called portia in the color tt661327. The model looked beautiful and the price was less than $20 so I thought it was a steal. Beware of clearance wigs and pictures. Is so hard to shop online for wigs as all you have to go on is picture maybe youtube video if lucky. It took over a week to arrive. When I opened box yesterday I didn't even try wig on. It looked like white doll hair and I know how to use dry shampoo to rid shine but this was bad. Extremely fake looking texture like barbie doll. I found out that I could return the item using their smart post label which will cost me 8.95 and then I paid 8.95 shipping so to return would cost me over$17 and then wigs go back. I'm posting this to help other people who have limited money to spend and think they are going to get a really nice wig for inexpensive. Please check before you are stuck with something you don't want and
waste your money

I should have listened to the reviews I read. I only received one item from my order. I called and they said all my items were packaged in one shipment. I need to wait until October 20 to call back. They are terrible. Not even bbb accredited. I will never order again or refer anyone. How hard is it to be honest and fair with your customers!

I purchased a caftan and put it on for bedtime. It started scratching me around the neck. As a looked at it, it had a gold edging sewed around the neck. It was stiff and scratchy. And because I removed the tag (but still had it) I could not return it. Who, in their right mind would sell a product that's made like that. Especially Yours should be ashamed of themselves for selling this.

I returned a pair of shoes that were too small. Which was a total purchase of $16.00 and they sent me a letter saying to call for my credit..Which turned ot to be $6.00 What .Never again am I shopping here, Never again. They just got an extra $16.00 bye For Goid, very bed business ethics

I ordered three craftan and only received one of them. I called to ask when I would received the other two. Customer Service said one was sent May 10 and other one was sent June 12. And if I haven't received them it's my job to file a claim with the post office and track them down. Worst customer service ever. Do not shop here ASHRO sent the item and provided a tracking number. These people are a joke.

I returned an item in April, which they received on 21st April. Every since then I have been getting the runaround about my refund. I was told to call back in two days and I called back in two weeks. I was then told it would take two to three weeks to process. When I stated it had already been that long, then I was told to call back in another two days. I then spoke to a Supervisor and she stated that her Superior said it would take another week. This company is full of crap. I will never buy anything else from them.

I HAVE NOT ORDERED A WIG IN MY LIFE TIME, I SAW THE WIGS IN ESPECIALLY YOURS MAGAZINE AND I HAD TO GET ONE THEY LOOKED REALLY GOOD MY HUSBAND LIKED THEM I ORDERD THREE WIGS TWO WERE ON BACK ORDERD WAITING ON LAST ONE. THANK U CANT WAIT TO GET LAST WIG. ALLISON. I LOVE THE WIGS.

I've been a customer for several years now and I can admit not every wig I purchased was great but overall the majority were/are. I'm not gifted with being able to style hair so I depend on a wig that's prestyled and holds the style. I've probably purchased at least 30 wigs and was only dissatisfied with maybe 2 or 3 at most. Not bad if you ask me! I recommend Especially Yours highly. Great styles and affordable prices.

Do not order from them nothing is as pictured an they overcharged my mother which is a senior citizen

Horrible customer service. Ms. Young is a horrible supervisor. She would not assist me with removing an authorization charge on a checking account. They put double the amount on hold and stated that she could not help me. One rep. Said for me to call my bank, I did that. My bank asked me to ask them to fax something to them stating that I will not be charged for the amount Ms. Young said, no. I will not order from Especially Yours again! Sharon Curry

This was my first time ordering from Especially Yours and I paid for expedited shipping. I called twice to make sure that it would get here before I took my trip well what do you know, it came after I left for my trip so I was not able to wear the dress. I called customer service and told them what happened and they said that they could not refund my extra shipping cost because that was their policy . Also I learn that they charged an additional 14. 95 to my credit card saying that I had signed up for some Platinum Rewards. I did not do that what a scam I will never order from them again

I have ordered the same suit 3 times in 3 dfferent sizes. I wear a size 16 regular. I ordered a 18 16w,and 18w none of which fit . Who are yoi cuting these clothes for. Very disappointed with your products
