Regarding your order: As the skates are a third-party accessory, the price is not linked to the age or value of the mouse. Whether it's a brand new model or a few years old, the manufacturer provides a flat, competitive price across its ICE range.

When weighing up our offering on this product and comparing it to other authorised UK/EU retailers, we feel our £8.99 price which includes postage, packaging, installation support, and has remained the same throughout the recent global price hikes, is a fair one.

I hope this helps and hopefully, the skates have breathed some new life into your mouse!

My sincere apologies that your mouse grips were not up to scratch this time around. It's disappointing to hear this feedback as we pride ourselves on offering the best-in-class mouse grips on the market, so we'll ensure the manufacturer is made aware of this immediately.

The good news is that I can confidently report that issues like this are extremely rare and this is certainly not the experience we want you to have with your new gear — rest assured we'll get you sorted.
