C’est une arnaque ils essayent de me prendre 29€90 alors que je n’ai rien demandé

I can't read English, so I'm using a translation app. If you are trying to register as a member on another site, Before I knew it, I clicked on the advertisement on this site.
I went ahead without knowing it well, and a card payment request came at a later date, and I realized that I had registered for this service for the first time.
In poor English, I asked for cancellation, and after several exchanges, I was successfully refunded.
It's thanks to their very kind response.

I was on a BSL website and the payment of £0.00 came up, so I assumed it was to access the BSL (British sign language) content but what I was looking up was free. So authorised the payment. Only when I got the email from ESRHub did I realise it was nothing to do with the website. I’ve followed unsubscribe from their email link, so hopefully no money is taken. Incredibly misleading and morally poor way of getting people to subscribe for a service they don’t want or need.

Update - The company did eventually refund both amounts so thank you.
UPDATE STILL NO EMAIL FROM ESRFUN/HUB AND THEY ARE NOW CUTTING THE CALL WHEN I CALL. DEFINATE SCAM COMPANY. WE WILL NOW CALL THE BANK. THE OTHER 5 STAR REVIEWS ON HERE MUST BE THEM MAKING UP REVIEWS.
My son noticed a deduction of 29.90 out of his bank and then another pending from ESRfun which is part of ESR hub my son had never heard of them and when we looked it up it was a gaming site. He doesn't game at all. Initially the only thing he could think of was that he was trying to download something music related from the internet and a pop up asked for a 1p transaction to download it. He did this and he wasn't able to use the music, it didnt work and he thought this must have been how ESRhub got his details. However on closer inspectoin they have managed to use an old card that he hasn't had for 1.5 years. So my son wouldn't have been able to give them those card details so Its a complete scam! I called them and they actually did answer the phone and said that he had signed up a days free trial on the 26th of
April and then its gone onto auto renew. He did not at all and if he did they wouldn't have an old card from 1.5 years ago. We are going to be in contact with the fraud department at the bank shortly. However when I called them they also said they had cancelled the auto renew and said I had to email in to get a refund. When I emailed a ticket was raised and it said someone would come back to me within 24 hours. No one did. There has been just short of £60.00 taken out of my young sons account by fraud and he needs that money back. So ESR hub if you are reading this please contact me asap from the ticket reference 2407554 before I contact the authorities.

I did not completely understand the service offered, but I could have all my money back as it was promised. Email attention was great. Telephone wasn't very clear, but overall they did a good an professional job.

I accidentally subscribed to this site through Apple Pay by inadvertently clicking a stealth advertisement on another website.
The only recourse at the time to cancel was to ring customer service on a foreign number Mon-Fri. It was a Saturday so I was unable to stop them from taking the whole annual subscription fee.
Once they took the fee, I had the means to email the EXCEPTIONAL customer support team, who promptly ensured the erroneous subscription was cancelled & refunded my payment.
It would have been nice to be compensated for the distress & inconvenience, but I suppose I should be grateful I got my money back at all, so I am giving a 3-star rating.

Disgusting I have emailed this company to stop taking payments out of my account as I cancelled the subscription not only have they done it once but twice in one month I’m going to the bank to make sure it’s stop
Beware this company

Was using royal mail app and this company appeared and asked for 0.01p.
Appears to be a scam and will ask for money back.

My 17 year old daughter accidentally pressed the subscription button and it's took 29.90 out of her account and even when there was no funds they still tried to take the same amount a few days in a row think they should check the ability of someone who has accidentally done this as she is very vulnerable

My first encounter with Esrhub was when I discovered they had withdrawn money from my Resolut card. I was unaware of having signed up to membership and had no email confirmation to alert me.
Having read here about Esrhub’s customer support I plan to contact them for an explanation.

charge you a penny for online access to pictures etc than two days later will charge your card 15 dollars Beware of this shade tree company doing business as ESR HUB!

I noticed on my online banking app that £15 had gone to ESRHUB, I never asked to join then and had no idea who they were. I contacted my bank and asked them to organise a refund. I then asked ESRHUB who they actually were, or who they were collecting money for. I even asked them when I signed up to pay them.
They never replied with who they were collecting moneys for and when I “subscribed” to what ever service they were supplying.
Clearly a total scam that is allowed to continue within the Apple Pay world.
Just received an email from ESRHUB saying monies will be returned and would I leave feed back!
How about you stop stealing money and explain to customers why and how you have the authority to do so?

These subscriptions are a con beware of them

I don't recollect subscribing to this service. I only found out about it on checking my revolut account, which showed a deduction of a penny and then £14.99 which I didn't authorise.

I also saw another deduction of £14.99 to EsrHub which I believe is connected to yellow TV, I didn't authorise this deduction either.

I have requested a refund from both if unsuccessful I will make a chargeback.

This is a scam paid 1p for a knitting pattern then had email saying they will now take £29.90 per month from my account.

Why is this company trying to charge me 29.99 ! I was trying to watch a live webcam feed of the yearly street funfair where I live and accidentally clicked the link on the town’s website for it which took me somewhere that charged 1p to watch what I thought I wanted to, stupidly used Apple Pay without thinking as was only 1p but then took me to some gaming site, And now trying to charge me 29.99 , seems like a big scam will contact my bank
