Nice to have an alternative to going into the shop which may not be fully stocked & you can count on it being short-staffed, especially now it’s gone fully self-service checkout. There are often fragrance discounts; at some point I will have to go in to check out the array of testers.
I can’t say enough good things about my Evri delivery man Nigel. He knows my habits & how to tell whether I am at home or not. If I am out he knows what to do with the parcel. We really need to stop meeting this way, I see him practically every week!

It’s amazing I ever get shopping done at Boots. The phone app is clunky, awkward & time-consuming to navigate. You find what you want only to discover it is not available. Or you can’t choose a colour because there is only a teensy weensy idea of the shade. Still it is better than having to wander round the shop itself and deal with eccentric self-checkout.
Was really pleased with the service. Product as described (could possibly have had more detail) and well packaged. Very quick delivery. Would use again.
I accidentally subscribed to this site through Apple Pay by inadvertently clicking a stealth advertisement on another website. The only recourse at the time to cancel was to ring customer service on a foreign number Mon-Fri. It was a Saturday so I was unable to stop them from taking the whole annual subscription fee. Once they took the fee, I had the means to email the EXCEPTIONAL customer support team, who promptly ensured the erroneous subscription was cancelled & refunded my payment. It would have been nice to be compensated for the distress & inconvenience, but I suppose I should be grateful I got my money back at all, so I am giving a 3-star rating.
The item was fairly priced and while the projected delivery time varied all over the place, it was delivered to me perfectly in time for Xmas. Quality garment & looks very smart!! Very happy.
Good communication about impending delivery. I could provide instructions in case of being out. As it happened, I saw the driver pull up & greeted him at the door.

Anticipated my first order nervously. Details of the items were scanty, especially fabric content & an idea of weight. LOVE the long blazer in a scuba-type fabric, a bold & colourful print. Also purchased lounge bras, always a gamble because of my small cup size. Returned one.
Once I had booked the visit, the engineer contacted me to see if he could come the next day — a Saturday (!) — as the Monday was very busy. Suited me down to the ground! Bish bash bosh job is done in about 20 mins. Amazed & delighted with the proactive service.
On taking out my policy on line I noted that one of my cruise destiations was NOT included in the list. I attempted to amend the policy but could not find the missing destination in the drop-down. As it was late in the night I needed to wait until the next day to contact Customer Service. In the Amend My Policy/Contact Us it suggested Live Chat. I am a big fan of Live Chat so I opted for that method. I didn't have to wait more than a minute for an agent who was Gem -- a real gem!! She suggested that I could find the Canary Islands by looking for THE Canary Islands. She waited in the chat box whilst I made the change myself, not incurring any fee for the amendment. She was so good-humoured, friendly and supportive. Like having advice from a friend. I got the new policy documents in seconds and I am on to the next step of planning my holiday. And with that worry behind me, my day has brightened immeasurably. Thank you, Gem!! A credit to the Customer Service team.
This company has their business down to a science. Quality products, in stock, reasonably priced. I have never had to use customer service because there has never ever been an issue. Loyal repeat customer.
I love the packaging and design and I love the ethos. It is hard choosing products like this without being able to try them out first. I find that the facial scrub is too oily for my combo skin. It feels great, but I am left with a moisturising film that really would work for me only in winter. Likewise the lip balm — very menthol-y and also for me a dead of winter product. I have not had a chance to use the makeup brush or eyebrow stencils yet but looking forward to some playtime.
Update 7 Sept: I really appreciate the response from the company to my original review. The products are indeed top quality & it’s good to know their customer service is on point too. I will try the product recommended to me. 💖

May I preface this review by saying that Customer Service at Parcel2Go contacted me immediately to address my concerns. As the service did not meet their usual high standards, they refunded me the cost of my shipment, for which I am very impressed. My issue was that I needed to advise the recipient about tracking, however it was not possible to ascertain when the Courier would collect the shipment from the drop point; additionally, there can be a lag in getting tracking data from the Courier and updating the Parcel2Go system. In my case, that lag was significant and caused inconvenience and distress. I appreciate Parcel2Go's efforts to address my dissatisfaction and for that reason I have edited my initial review and increased the stars awarded from two to four. If I were to use Parcel2Go in future I would pay the extra amount for collection from home.
