Un procedimiento que tiene un costo de 21US lo cobran por encima de los 80US.
El usuario piensa que se encuentra en la web oficial pero es una completa farsa.

Even one star is too much for them.
I should've checked the reviews on them. They are definitely thieves as many reviewers say: tricky and stealthy con people.
They should clearly notify the fee they are going to charge on the top page. $89 (minus $21) is incredibly too much in all aspects.

Truly shocked at this despicable website. I wish I had read the reviews and seen the reviews. They charge £80 for a $21 ESTA. Please please please avoid. All this site does is send your application to the correct address. The deliberately make their site look official when it’s an absolute scam!

This company does supply USA Estas as it says on the website but at an exorbitant cost. Sadly I was in such a hurry that I failed to scroll down and spot the outrageous charges for what should cost around $20 US if obtained by a genuine .gov website. I'll not make the same mistake again and just hope it works when I come to join my flight.

Det tager 2 timer at udfylde 3 ansøgninger, når man så vil betale er betalingen blokeret, og man skal vende tilbage en anden dag. Ellers kan man starte forfra og prøve igen, og ydeligere bruge 2 timer på ingenting.

RIP OFF MERCHANTS PLEASE AVOID
Like a fool I thought this site was authentic, paid for 3 visas, total of £267.00. Only when speaking to a friend did I realise I had been scammed.
I contacted them asking for a refund and to cancel. Was told not possible as no longer in the state the visas were issued. Absolute rubbish.
Money was taken from my bank account from a company based in Madrid.
Contacted them, my application has approved, however I have no US visa numbers. I have contacted them yet again requesting they fulfill what I paid them handsomely to do. So far no response.
I have also contacted the US Government.
PLEASE AVOID.

Same issues as others, but I went via the Home Office official website and still ended up with this fake site. I've no idea how. I clicked on the pay $14 now and have been charged £89!

MASSIVE SCAM!!
Like many others I have fallen victim of this huge scam! Shocking! I didnt notice the price they were charging me and I assumed it was the $14 as it looked like the official wesbite. Aborted application shortly after realising it wasn't the official. Checked my bank account and £89 was already pending to be taken. Emailed 3 times, and sent a message via the website. I was certain I hadn't seen the price so I went back to the webpage to retrace my steps, in the smallest of writing it was at the bottom. Hardly noticeable so I am not surprised I missed it. I then got an email asking me to complete my (2nd) application and make payment!! So they were more than happy to ask for more money but couldn't respond to my complaint / refund.
I haven't had much joy with them so far and have said they will part refund at £25 stating ....
"Through the presentation of this document, I waive my right to claim through any other means, with immediate effect from now."

I will not be signing this and I will continue to fight for a full refund. They should be taken down.

I made the mistake by paying by debit card rather than credit so not sure how easy it will be to claim back from my bank but I will be taking all the evidence and paying them a visit this week.

Anyone else have any advice or successfully got a full refund?

Take my money and did not answer the questions . I tried to contact the bureau by mail and telephone but no success.
Please be aware at this is a fraud office.

Acabo de ser estafada por esta página , yo entré a la página oficial y no termine de rellenar los datos porque no tenía el pasaporte a mano al llegar a casa me fijé que tenía un correo el cual yo pensaba que era de la embajada animándome a continuar rellenando la solicitud y enviándome a un enlace en el cual podía rellenarla yo caí y entre en este enlace y rellene sin percatarme que está ya no era la página oficial sino una 'falsa '( estausanow) y una ves llegue al final asumí que eran 14 euros que es lo que vale enrealidad, escaneé mi tarjeta y acepte luego de esto me pedía rellenar datos de las personas que me recibirían en NY osea aún no se terminaba de rellenar del todo la solicitud y me entró la duda si me habian cobrado ya ,me metí a mi cuenta y efectivamente me cobraron pero 89 euros inmediatamente deje la solicitud a medias y escribí un correo cancelando la al cual me respondieron al día siguiente diciendo que si quería cancelar solo me devolverían 25 euros por sus dichos honorarios ,ya que muy abajo del todo y en letras pequeñas ponía que me cobrarían 89 euros ( en lo cual no te fijas si en principio piensas que sigues en la web oficial que es a la que entraste en un princio) al día siguiente cancele mi tarjeta por miedo a que ellos puedan hacer algo con mis datos o tarjeta y espero que mi banco me ayude a solucionarlo y que se me pueda devolver mi dinero ya que esto es en toda regla un fraude hacia todas las personas que queremos viajar y en mi caso te envían un correo para que accedas a su página me parece injusto hacia todos los consumidores averiguaré donde presentar una queja o denuncia porque este tipo de páginas no deben existir yo actualmente nose que pasara en esta página fantasma aparece que mi solicitud a sido cancelada por lo tanto me quedé sin 90 euros en mi tarjeta y una solicitud cancelada , escribo para que esto no pase y se cierren todas estas páginas que se asemeja a la oficial y te hacen fiarte y confiar yo en mi caso soy estudiante y para mí pagar esa cantidad es desorbitado
Espero que la eliminen de internet está y otras más que he visto en internet ya que hay una oficial de el gobierno y estas páginas claramente de lucran de la gente que lamentablemente caemos en esto y se llevan el dinero por la cara ya que el trámite se hace exactamente igual en la página oficial no te ayudan en nada extra .

Absolute scam - avoid at all costs , now £89 out of pocket for organising my daughters esta which should have cost £11. These cowboys should be prosecuted.

estausanow.com are a scam DO NOT USE!!!! THIEVES!!!!
They have scammed us out of £267 for 3 esta's to New York. Refusing to refund in full. Claim to be owned by Metway Travel but I can find no evidence that Metway Travel exist. Their so called 'refund form' is from No limits Travel. Google that and it comes up as only an Australian travel insurance company, so that also apparently does not exist.
Bank won't help as the 'website' comes up and appears real. No idea where to find help.
Action Fraud line have not responded in two weeks, so no hope of them contacting us either. (A friend of mine was scammed approx. 2 years ago, contacted Action Fraud line, never heard a thing from them).

I have just bee n scammed. Applied for 3 esta waivers. They have charged for 3 full visa and have offered me $75 dollars refund. Refund form also states if you accet $75 refund you can not claim compensation anywhere else. I have spoken to my bank and action fraud. Went to go back on site estausanow.com and it no longer comes up! Be very carefull. Just becaus its the first site that comes up does not mean its official

I thought I was on official website and didn’t realise I had been scammed until payment came through on credit card.
They took over 150 Euros and I requested cancellation which they refused. They are thieves!!
The name of the site changes constantly.
I blocked my card,I made a complaint to the police and I hope they find these criminals.
