Avoid this company at all costs!!! They will charge you over $100 for nothing.

I thought I was on official website and didn’t realise I had been scammed until payment came through on credit card.

I requested cancellation which they refused. They are thieves!!

Just fallen victim, DO NOT USE
aborted application midway, and contacted them to recall fees, (which they charge halfway into the application and before it is clear they are NOT US immigration)

This is what they wrote back - (tying refund of a small portion to a signed doc in which I waive any further entitlement)-

"First of all, thank you for your email.
We are sorry that you want to cancel your visa application online. We can cancel your order, but we must inform you that the cancellation entails some service costs, and that your refund will not be total. The refund belonging to your order is $25 per person.
You have the option to follow ahead with your order, but in case you want to continue with the cancellation of it, you must fill out the return form that we attach and send it back to us filled and signed. Once we have the document, we will proceed to make the refund through the same payment method with which the payment was made, and it will be effective in a maximum of 10 business days.
Please let us know if you want to proceed with your order or if you confirm you want to cancel, as it is currently awaiting your confirmation.
We will be waiting for your response.". If any other doubt should arise or support may be needed feel free to contact us again. We will gladly try to resolve any issue you have.

One month in and still waiting for visa. Hopefully the bank will reverse the money I have paid. This site needs to be taken down.

I have just fallen for this scam and have email several times and no response from them, they have taken £89 from me and I am worried because I have given them my passport number will my passport be.ok, someone please help me thank you

They charge you $95 for person in total.

Use the official website! You only pay $14

Paid €178 for Esta USA never received them have contacted by email 25 times to no avail .i had to get the Esta myself on the original site for €12 .Sent on bank proof they are a saying that they never dealt with me

I have just had EXACTLY the same experience. I thought I wasn’t on the actual ESTA website , and their is extremely small writing when you go to the payment field that they will charge you $99 for their service. I am a U.K. citizen and do not require any assistance. They are not prepared to reimburse me even though it is obvious that they have deliberately made their website the same look and feel as the genuine USA ESTA website... be careful. This is unethical and I really do wish there was a way to get this website reviewed and shut down

I am embarrased that I was scammed by this immoral website. This website will charge you 85 usd for a US ESTA waiver that should only cose 14 usd. I cannot beleive that in this digitally advanced world, this website has not been shut down yet! What a disgraceful website!

Just been scamed by these thieves, do not use this website been charged eur350 for 4 visas were it should have been eur50. Does anyone know if you can claim a refund from your credit card company due to a fraudlent website? Feedback/advice would be great.

Scam site - address in Madrid, Spain. The site is designed to look and feel like the official website of the US Dept of Homeland Security but is not. ESTA travel authorisation for individuals from countries which do not require a visa should cost USD 14 through the official site. If you use this site, you will get the authorisation but it will cost you €90! They do not provide a receipt and they download and doctor the authorisation to remove the actual cost before onsending to you, in an attempt to mask their scam. This is misleading and deceptive conduct. How their employees sleep at night is beyond me.

I'm embarrassed to say that today, I too fell victim to estausanow.com.
I've been charged €160 for 2 visas, immediately got in touch to cancel and get refund but they're saying no because I've been approved, but absolutely no where was it stated what the price would be. First time applying for ESTA so just didn't know there would be scam sites.
I've called Consumer Rights in Ireland and they've told me to call European Consumer Centre as estausanow are operating from Spain, so I've emailed them.
Has anyone had any luck getting a refund from them?
I told them I've lodged a complaint.
I've checked the official US Govt website and it does look like we have the actual visas but I have been way overcharged.
Thanks in advance for any advice you might have.

Like many other users I went in good faith on this website following a Google search to sort my Esta.
it looks like the official government website, requires all the information regarding passport and credit card without telling the user how much they are charging.
As soon as I realised that there wasn't any charges mentioned in the transaction, alarms bell rung, made a search about this website and found out about their "business".
I replied to their email confirmation saying that I didn't get any notification of how much they were charging.
This is the only reference to who they are saying they are:

This person replies to emails saying that in the small print there was a mention of their charges

14 dollars sign and right underneath after several attempts I managed to detect a second 99 dollar sign which you would struggle to see with a magnifying glass, deceiving indeed.

I got in touch and reported the company to Action Fraud who provided me with a crime reference number.
My credit card company will reimburse my expense since they are saying they have evidence of many other people falling victim of this company's antics.

I will now report them to Google and the US government department that deals with Esta and the Citizen Advice Bureau.

If you are reading this and have had a similar unfortunate experience, please , don't hesitate to add on to this discussion, hopefully the more people share their experience, the more chances we have to stop these type of activities.

Immoral company preying on vulnerable people, totally barbaric and disgusting business model. I requested for a refund as soon as my payment was made but they refused point blank even though I have not received any personalised services and products from them. Hiding behind hidden T&Cs they are operating lawlessly and at about time the trading standard start addressing these fraudulent check and send companies. DO NOT FOLLOW MY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!!

Make sure you go directly to the official U.S. ESTA site where they tell you it is only $14.00 not $99.00 though this Agent!

I’ve also been scammed the £66 instead of £11 by this website, foolishly thought it was the official government site and now am out of pocket.

Has anyone had any luck receiving a refund? I’m just getting an automated response, the phone number listed on the website isn’t registered. I’m guessing as it’s a scam they’re unlikely to reimburse but success stories welcome as I’m going to persevere!

Is there anything the official ESTA company can do to help?

Charged $88.00 instead of official $14.00 on the real government website.
Be aware they are processing application on your behalf and if not stated to you that they are doing that it is a fraud.

Did anyone else manage to get their money back? AVOID at all costs. This is a criminal and fraudulent website. They charge you an extra $99 for nothing - I didn’t even receive a new ESTA. I’m in the process of complaining but not hopeful...

**Update: They never actually sent me a new ESTA, it was the same one I’d used on my previous trip and was not updated. I wrote to both UK addresses provided on their website and quoted their own “terms and conditions” to prove that they had not provided the service they’d charged for. My money was refunded. Please look at their terms and conditions, they seem to get scared when you go down the legal route or threaten to report them to the police. I also reported them to Action Fraud and Trading Standards and passed on all the evidence I collected on them. They were very interested - please do the same.

Do not use this is a scam site which will secretly charge you $99 instead of the $14 it should be for doing nothing and getting your money back from Brendan Duggan is impossible

Disgraceful! Do not use this site. Complete rip off and their site shows their ridiculous fee in small print. I complained direct and they were so unprofessional.
