An amazing service, couldn’t have gone better! Rachael is a superstar! Looked after me and offered translation too. The team are super-slick and the entire process is 100 percent efficient. Taxi pick up from the airport direct to the hotel and then pick up next day for clinic appointment. Highly recommended!!!

I've known for a few years I would eventually want to have a hair transplant, when I felt I was in the right position in order to have one done I started to look and was I met with a mindful places.

I carried out some research and made some enquiries and I was put in touch with Matthew. He was really friendly to answer all my questions. Nothing was forced and everything was done at my own pace.

The time came around and I flew out, I was picked up exactly as told and they accommodated me for an extra day stay while in the city. The process was quite a big challenge for me as it's something I've not particularly look forward to, the team were very comforting throughout the day very professional and gave me an incredible service.

I honestly cannot vote one thing about the whole process, the level of professionality and the standard has been phenomenal, I'm travelling back home Home feeling very confident in the whole process in the whole team in the job that they have carried out

Booked with Estecapelli as my friend had hair transplant there and it was really good. I was in touch with James from the clinic for about a year before I had the procedure due to work commitments getting in the way. When I finally booked I only had to book flights as James took care of the rest. Was picked up by them from the airport and taken to the hotel. The next morning I was picked up early and taken to the clinic. The clinic was super clean and everyone there very nice and professional I was treated like a VIP. After the procedure they drove me back to the hotel. The next morning they again picked me up and took me to the clinic to have my hair washed. They gave me all necessary medication then they drove me to the airport for my return flight. From the moment I was picked up at the airport to the time they dropped me back off I was treated like a VIP. I’d previously had a hair transplant in Harley Street London and I found Estecapelli a lot better than Harley Street. Also what I paid in Harley Street I had more done at Estecapelli for a 1/4 of the price. James is excellent and keeps you informed throughout and now I’m back home he checks in to see if everything is going as it should. Can’t recommend him and Estecapelli enough. I only had it done 2 weeks ago so can’t wait to see the finished result.

My experience at Estecapelli Clinic in Turkey was truly outstanding from the very first contact until my return home. The entire process was smooth , professional and very well organized .

The transportation service was excellent . I was picked up from the airport on time , and all transfers between the hotel and clinic were arranged perfectly . I didn't have to worry about anything , everything was handled for me .

The accommodation provided was very comfortable and clean , located close to the clinic, which made everything convenient and stress free.

Most importantly , the medical team was incredibly professional and supportive . They explained every step of the hair transplant procedure clearly, which made me feel confident and relaxed. The treatment itself went smoothly , and the staff ensured I was comfortable at all times,

What really impressed me was the follow up care . Even after I returned home, the clinic stayed in touch , checking on my progress and answered all my questions promptly . That level of aftercare shows real dedication to patients .

Dear Doctor,
My name is Furqan. I underwent a hair transplant at Estecapelli FUE Vita in early June 2025 (most premium package with Mossi Kit).
Before the procedure, I was assured that with the given number of grafts, visible and near-complete results would be achieved within 3–6 months if instructions were followed. I followed all post-op instructions very strictly, including the Mossi Kit protocol. I also completed six PRP sessions, one per month, as advised (done in Germany).
Now, after 7 months, the results are unfortunately not satisfactory relative to the ~5000 grafts extracted and implanted in the frontal half of my scalp.
I have since consulted one doctor in Pakistan and one in Germany. Both independently advised that:
• At 7 months, results are ~90–95% complete
• Any further improvement would be minor (density only)
• The visible density appears closer to what would be expected from ~2000 grafts, not 5000
• The likely issues are graft survival and/or implantation strategy, including:
o graft distribution (single vs multi-hair grafts),
o angle and direction of implantation.
They advised that this would require a careful corrective procedure, ideally FUE + DHI, performed directly by an experienced surgeon (not a hair-mill setup), and recommended waiting 5–6 more months for full normalization of the donor and recipient areas before proceeding.
I have already shared my full month-by-month progress photos and proof of strict compliance with post-op instructions with Wali and Ajwa, and Wali has been very supportive throughout. However, Ajwa has been a bit mis guiding trying more of a Sales strategy with false expectations and emotional pushing.
I am now respectfully requesting your personal review and guidance. Even a dedicated one-day evaluation and involvement from you would make a significant difference in properly assessing my case and determining the safest and most effective next steps. I have been highly recommended to ask my Surgeon to assure that maximum involvement including both extraction & implantation is done by the surgeon himself which would mean a day of time dedication by the surgeon to my correction case. The risks are very high because I have limited grafts now and failure in correction would mean a life long loss for me from which I would not be able to recover ever.
Apart from 2 PRP offered after transplant I have done 8 more PRP sessions (1 each month to preserve results which costed me a lot in Germany aswell)
I still trust your clinic and would like to proceed in a medically sound and careful manner, especially given the limited remaining donor capacity. All proofs of communication and what's mentioned above can be provided with exact date times, media and channels of communication

The service provided by Branda was great, but I didn’t see any results. On the contrary, the donor area is more damaged, and the transplant simply didn’t work at all, zero results. I noticed after 6 months that there was no outcome, but I was told to wait 12 months. Now it’s been 13, and yet the transplant really didn’t work for me. It’s very, very frustrating, not only because of the money I spent, but mostly because I was counting on this outcome to feel better.

I Had Hair transplant with Estecapelli and my Experience was quite Amazing, Since I linked up with Hamza for surgery he has been professional throughout and explained each and every part of the procedure in details and arranged all services for me including Airport transfers hotel pick up and drop offs. Clinic staff was very welcoming and professional throughout it was very friendly atmosphere and all process was explained and completed with care and professionally. My initial consultation was thorough. I didn't feel pressured at all. The doctor took time to explain the FUE procedure, set realistic expectations, and designed a hairline that suited my face. They were honest about what could be achieved with my donor area.
State-of-the-Art Facility: The centre in is impressive. It's clean, modern, and feels more like a high-end medical spa than a hospital. This immediately put me at ease.
The entire team on the day was fantastic. The nursing staff was kind and reassuring. The local anaesthetic injections were the only painful part, but it was manageable. Once numb, I felt nothing. The doctor performed the key extractions and incisions, which gave me confidence. The assistants handled the rest. Lunch was provided.
Results and Naturalness: This is where they truly deliver. Now, at the 6-month mark, the growth is significant and, most importantly, looks completely natural. The hairline isn't a straight, "pluggy" line; it's irregular and soft, just like a natural hairline should be. Friends and family have only noticed I look "more refreshed," not that I've had a transplant.
Compared to clinics in the UK, Este Capeli offered a much more affordable package. This included the procedure, transfers, hotel for 2 nights for myself and Mrs, medications, and post-op care kit.

From the very first contact with the consultant James, everything went smoothly. James stayed in constant touch, answering all my questions quickly and clearly — both before and after the procedure.

The transport service from the airport to the hotel and clinic is top-class — always on time, professional, and making you feel like they’re taking care of a president.

When you arrive at the clinic, James personally greets you along with an assistant and a translator in your language. In my case, it was Zuzanna, who made the atmosphere very calm and guided me through every step of the preparation process up to the surgery itself.

The technicians are also extremely professional and kind. They constantly check how you’re feeling and answer all your questions. During the procedure, they make sure you’re comfortable and even provide a warm meal. The surgery itself is completely painless, except for the few minutes needed for the anesthesia.

James also checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going well. After the procedure, you receive all the necessary medications, washing products, and clear instructions on how to use them and what to avoid. The team keeps in touch afterward, ensuring you feel well and recover smoothly.

What I really appreciated is that they don’t try to upsell you with “miracle products” or hidden extra costs. Another big plus is that Estecapelli doesn’t chase volume — they don’t do 10–20 patients a day like some mass-production clinics. The staff are relaxed, professional, and genuinely enjoy what they do.

J'ai fait mon intervention capillaire le 9 octobre 2025, j'ai choisi Estecapelli grâce à internet, suite aux avis positifs de la clinique, j'ai eu plusieurs échanges sur Whatsapp avec Matéo qui m'ont rassuré sur mon choix, je ne me suis pas trompé, de l'aéroport où il vienne me chercher dans un véhicule vip pour m'emmener dans un bel hôtel tout confort, le jour de l'intervention une équipe de plusieurs médecins intervenant sur plusieurs aspects, nombre de greffons possible par rapport à la zone donneuse, traçage sur la pose des greffons en me demandant mon avis, ensuite l'intervention avec les chirurgiens, tout c'est très bien passé, douleur presque inexistante pour 5000 greffons, avec un personnel au petit soin pour moi, une équipe de A a Z professionnelle, je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe de Estecapelli et remercier tout les intervenants, traducteurs, médecins, chirurgiens et un grand merci à Matéo avec qui j'échange sur Whatsapp.
