I have heard wonderful things about estethica for the past 2 years and I finally made the trip from California to check it out myself. I was lucky enough to be greeted and assisted by Nour, she is the International Sales Exec.

Nour is very helpful, polite and took the time to ask questions, and provide answers and explanations with a world of confidence. She walked with me to my consultations, asked questions on my behalf to make sure I was getting exactly what I came for. In this case, I came for dental work and it was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish.

I had gynecomastia surgery twice at Estethica, but both procedures were unsuccessful. I was left with a significant asymmetry and excess volume in my right breast. I also had a hair transplanto; most of the grafts fell out and there were permanent scars in my donor area. I have all the photos and clinical reports. I came from Australia twice just for these procedures. The extent of the material and moral victimization I have experienced is serious. For this reason, I have started my legal application process and will follow the process until the end.

Estethica’s public statement unfortunately aims to discredit me by portraying me as a “patient with financial expectations” rather than redressing my grievance. I reject this tone and content.

First of all, my aim is to compensate for my financial loss that occurred through reconciliation. So far, I have come to Turkey from Australia twice for these procedures, and I have to come for the third time due to my grievance. The average cost of each flight is around 2000 AUD.

I had gynecomastia surgery at Estethica, but the result was unsuccessful. Therefore, I had a second (revision) surgery upon the institution’s recommendation. However, the second surgery was also unsuccessful. At that time, I was told that the hair transplant procedure would be performed at a discounted price as an apology, and this procedure was performed. However, as a result of the hair transplant, the majority of the grafts fell out, and permanent scars formed in my donor area. Moreover, due to the failure of the hair transplant, I will have to have a hair transplant again, which means an additional cost and a new trip. All these situations are proven with photographs and documents.

At this point today, I still haven’t been able to solve my gynecomastia problem. I need to have another operation, which means an additional cost of approximately 100,000 TL. The failure in the hair transplantation procedure and the deformation in my donor area have left long-term aesthetic and psychological effects.

All the calls made by the institution under the name of “well-intentioned efforts” are steps aimed at getting me back into the same unsuccessful cycle. For this reason, I reject offers such as video interviews or revisions; because the loss of trust I have experienced is profound.

I invite the institution to take a constructive and responsible step and present a financial settlement offer. Because I am the party that has been harmed both materially and morally in the process. The explanations given to me so far are not satisfactory and are null and void by me.

If a solution-oriented approach is still not shown; I will initiate the necessary applications with CİMER, SABIM, Provincial Health Directorate and legal authorities.
