The booking process is very easy to use. There is a wide selection of hotels but the overall experience left a bitter aftertaste. First of all, the instructions to find the transfer could have been sent separately and needed to be extremely clear. It was quite difficult to find the transfer when we first landed at Dubai Airport.
Secondly, the booking process forgot to mention that check in only happens after 3 pm at the hotel and our flight landed at 7 am. It was very kind of the hotel to allow us to check in early without paying extra.
Our holiday representative spoke to us on the phone when we landed which is also fine but it would have been nice to meet them face to face. Overall the holiday was great but it was just these little things that needed to be sorted out beforehand. Also, I would mention that the seats we had on the Emirates flight were right at the back of the plane. The turbulence alone was very disturbing but I am not sure whether seat allocation is something in Etihad Holiday's direct control.

Pleasantly surprised 🙂
We recently booked a holiday through Etihad Holidays from London to Abu Dhabi. At first I was a bit skeptical due to the negative reviews but we had a very positive experience, including our first flight with Etihad Airways which we could not fault. The booking process was smooth and simple and adequate communications via email and good response time from their customer service via email when I contacted them with a query. Very satisfied overall with the trip and would not hesitate to book through them again.

Everything was spot on
Everything was spot on, the flights, being picked up and the hotel was one of the best Ive stopped in. All the staff were polite and I couldnt fault anything.

Everything went so smooth from Manchester flight arriving in Abu Dhabi car waiting straight to hotel great location hotel was great very relaxing right on beach room kept very clean several bars and restaurants to choose from staff all helpful and friendly end of holiday again car to airport and great flight home.

Flawless service
We had two Etihad flights to Male via Abu Dhabi from Heathrow. Everything was on time and the service was excellent.
We last saw our luggage at Heathrow at check in and didn’t see it again until Male. Superb. No issues both ways.
Will definitely fly with Etihad again.

Holiday was lovely
Holiday was lovely - but I felt the staff on the emirates flights were rude and miserable, and very unhelpful. We wanted to upgrade asked 3/4 times and they never came back to us.
