TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I ordered a front hitch mount for my truck. The hitch arrived floppy around in an oversized box. The box had several holes in it and the hitch was hanging out of it. Lots of paint damage down to bare metal as well as scuffs. etrailer offered me $15 to go but touch up paint for it and paint it myself. $15 probably wouldn’t even pay for the paint at today’s prices let alone cover my time and effort. They blamed the issue on their supplier and UPS. It was etrailer that did the poor packaging job. Take responsibility for it!

Excellent service!

A quick answer to my question made the decision easy. Seeing other questions and answers helped a lot also. I'll be ordering from etrailer again.
