Quick to process order but slow in cancelling order
etrailer is good until they are bad. I had a recent experience where I placed an order on a late Saturday afternoon. I tried to cancel the order within 30 minutes but the order and customer service department was closed by that time. Later that evening, I received an email telling me that my order had been shipped. So I am stuck with having to return the package (shipping both ways) because their shipping department is not in sync with their customer service department.

Asked for the length and did not get it. Truck beds are only so wide. It was appearently too much to ask someone to get a tape measure. Length should already be on the product web page anyway.
EZ to install Curt brake controller…
I installed this Curt brake controller on my 2024 GMC Sierra Pro pickup; truck came with a factory installed wiring harness, but no brake controller. This was an easy 'plug and play' installation of this Curt brake controller, as all fittings were there for a direct connection and installation - no splicing or tracing wiring around! Once hooked up to my trailer, it was easy to dial in my preferred brake settings and off we went! Very pleased with the ease of installation, look of the controller tucked below my dash, and controls and function. Highly recommended!

Thieves. They screwed up on sending the item to my billing address, then dis not attempt to re-deliver and kept some of the money.

Etrailer is a very good company offering great products and support. I have had a few interactions with Etrailer and Robin in particular, his customer relations are top notch. Highly recommend Etrailer.
Timely and comprehensive response to an online question

They advised me the wrong item several times to order . The did not show or tell me to get the existing model number on all parts before ordering the correct part so I had to return most of the ordered .
Pick up partners need to deliver. This site is a waste of time.
I go to checkout a cart with a few lighting fixtures, mounts, and connector pigtails. It says some message about not being able to ship to my address. A little while later, I learn the items need to be picked up from a pick-up partner and all of them are 30+ miles away. I will not recommend this site to anyone after this. If you're going to have it for sale online it needs to ship or you're wasting people's time.
Rough Experience
I communicated prior to ordering and received a "looks good to me". So I ordered and now I have to return half my order and they are going to charge me outrageous shipping prices to return products that were incorrect when they refused to actually assist me in the first place. I wanted to cancel an order from the same day and somehow they managed to ship it within hours when my first order took several days to ship. The company clearly doesn't care about customer service and I am simply looking to warn future customers of this. If you aren't certain what you need, find a local shop. The extra cost will ultimately be savings compared to the return policy and frustration acquired from using etrailer.
Fast, accurate answer to technical question
Jesse M promptly answered my question concerning why Advent A/C units are not compatible with systems before 2024. He also answered my follow-up question about installing an Advent as a second unit in parallel with my existing 10-year-old system (yes, it's okay).
I appreciated the personal attention Jesse gave to my situation and the level of detail in his answers.

The plastic blue caps both broke
The plastic blue caps both broke. It is a 15 ft pound torque. I had both hand tight. I am a aircraft mechanic and electrical engineer with 40 years of experience. You cannot buy the blue caps from etrailer or Dexter. The rear seals both spun in the hub. They should be press fit into the hub and rotate around the spindle. I originally had Tiedown Engineering and loved them. The caps screwed into the hub. They no longer make them. So we are stuck with Dexter. Dexter's priority is how much the CEO makes. I am disappointed that etrailer does not demand that Dexter make replacement caps for their product.
