Super disappointed

I ordered my shoes, paid them and 10 minutes after I saw an advertisement on Instagram promoting a second pair at 50%....I was really and I'm super disappointed...
I would have received a pop up on my page to inform me ...

The boots look amazing

The boots look amazing! They’re lightweight and very comfortable. I hope they last as long as they look good. Delivery was quick too. Very happy with my purchase so far!

Loved it!!! Collab?

Loved it real quick, the shoes I got are perfect, even better than the picture, love the attention to small details, love the two pair of shoelaces and I absolutely LOVED the Sticker like if yall wanna send me more stickers or anything I’d love to sponsor for yall!!!

I accepted the store credit on the…



I accepted the store credit on the condition that I could repurchase the same three pairs of trainers with my original 15% discount. Since this is not possible, your proposed solution has failed.

I now demand a full refund of €280.38 to my original payment method.

This is my sixth request. Stop sending repetitive automated responses and resolve this matter immediately.

If you fail to do so, I will escalate this complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
