Dear Mr. Bray,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the delivery time.

However, in this case, the COC was not delayed on our side. It was dispatched with UPS on 02/09, but the delivery could not be completed because the street number provided in the delivery address was incorrect. UPS therefore returned the COC to us.

As soon as we received it back, we contacted you and requested the correct address details. The COC was then shipped again and was finally delivered on 25/09/2026.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery issue and are pleased that the document has now reached you.

Kind regards,
EUROCOC

Quick and easy

Only slightly more expensive than at the car dealership, but faster shipping by post and additionally via email as a PDF.

The papers come in a protective film.

Simply provide the chassis number and its done, no need to submit all the paperwork and identification like at a car dealership.
