Organizzazione ottima

Ho dato il massimo della valutazione perché nonostante il ritardo nel ricevimento del certificato, non per loro negligenza ma da parte di BMW, mi hanno risposto immediatamente tutte le volte anzi alla scadenza del tempo stimato per l’operazione mi hanno tenuto informato della situazione senza mai dover chiamare. Ottima organizzazione e professionalità assoluta. Grazie a Samuele Catarzi sempre disponibile e celere nelle risposte.

Grazie per il Suo feedback. Ci dispiace per le difficoltà riscontrate durante la consegna del Suo COC.

Il documento era stato spedito nei tempi previsti. Tuttavia, il 03/06 UPS non ha potuto effettuare la consegna perché il numero dell’appartamento era mancante o errato e ha richiesto un indirizzo completo.

La abbiamo contattata immediatamente per ottenere i dati corretti e li abbiamo trasmessi a UPS. Il COC è stato quindi consegnato l’11/06.

Comprendiamo che questa situazione abbia comportato un’attesa aggiuntiva e La ringraziamo per la Sua pazienza.

Ordered a Toyota C-HR CoC for export to…

Ordered a Toyota C-HR CoC for export to Spain. The process was smooth from start to finish. EUROCOC responded quickly to my enquiry, provided a welcome voucher, and delivered the official Toyota duplicate CoC within 5 business days as promised. When UPS had a delivery issue, their team responded promptly and helped resolve it. Document arrived in perfect condition, fully official and signed by Toyota Motor Europe Brussels. Highly recommended; professional, reliable and competitively priced.

Their website told me the COC is available but it's not

Their website told me the COC is available, after paying they then say "Oh sorry not available" a true waste of time and money. Very bad service

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we were unable to provide the COC for your vehicle and understand your frustration.

The COC checker available on our website is a tool that checks information from public databases and, based on the available data and probability, indicates whether a vehicle may have a COC available. However, this tool cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will ultimately be able to issue a COC for a specific vehicle.

Even when a vehicle meets all the general conditions for having a COC, the manufacturer may still confirm that they are unable to issue one for that particular vehicle due to specific variant, homologation, loss of data, or other technical reasons.

We are sorry that this resulted in a loss of time and inconvenience for you. If you contact us before placing a future order, we will be more than happy to check the availability of the COC for you directly and provide further information before you proceed.
