Die Einrichtung der Flatrate war super einfach. Die Aktivierung dauert ein paar Minuten, wie beschrieben. Die weitere Nutzung der Flatrate geht dann hoffentlich auch so reibungslos

Da ich schon weiß, wie lang ich den Aufenthalt in Österreich kenne, würde ich gern die gesamte Dauer mit einer Buchung abdecken. Zum Beispiel 14 Tage ohne einen ganzen Moat abdecken zu müssen.

Deceptive monthly subscription trap — pending €25.60 refund for unused service
I purchased a single vignette for my vehicle (license plate: KA4698TA) in May 2026. Without clear and explicit consent, an automatic monthly flat-rate subscription (€12.80/month) was activated on my account.
My car remained in Ukraine during the entire period (June–August) and never entered EU territory, meaning the service was never used or provided.
After I submitted a complaint, DMC Support canceled the flat rate and refunded the August charge (€12.80). However, they have not yet refunded the remaining 2 unauthorized charges totaling €25.60 (June & July; Invoices: INV-SUB-1367254 and INV-SUB-1511580).
I demand a full refund for the remaining €25.60 for services that were neither requested nor used.

Ganz einfach kann man die Vignette bestellen. In ca. 5 min ist alles fertig. Kein Anstehen an der Kasse der Autobahnraststätte. Ab sofort nur noch so!
