Unfortunately wrong parts as they didn’t my vehicle as advertised but returned ans refunded.

Complete fraud and false advertising. The items i purchased are not from Eurowagens they are from Aliexpress, they tried to lie with a convoluted explanation but the items are Chinese and they sell them for double the price. From ordering delivery took 16 days!! They either dont reply or ignore messages on their ebay account so i resorted to direct contact with the company via email. Now I'm trying to return for refund, rather than the normal procedure of ebay supplying me with a Royal mail barcode and returning immediately I have to wait for a return label to arrive before I can return the item and receive my refund. It may only be £99 but to a disabled man recovering from 5 strokes and a blood clot in my artery, its a huge amount of money as im waiting to receive disability payments which takes a very long time. Frankly I'm disgusted

Terrible company that advertised wrong parts on Ebay which cost me an extra £160 for an auto electrician to tell me that this company sent me the wrong part. I know the company reply will say something generic and blame others and say we sent correct lart. Steer clear of this company or it will cost you dearly

I was let down when the company supplied the wrong part (Headlights) despite their assurances (twice) that it was correct. However, the company gave me a full refund upon return, and it was in my bank account within seven working days. So, very happy with the service.

I waited over a week to receive a pair of front indicators for my w124, what eventually turned up in the post was a pair of tatty boxes, covered in Chinese writing, the crushed boxes contained very crude Chinese knock offs off Mercedes w124 front indicators! something a kin to the quality of a 1970’ Christmas cracker! X1 indicator had a piece missing from it , the edges of the plastic were sharp and jagged. For some stupid reason, I assumed a company called “ Eurowagens” would sell quality European parts! How wrong Was I !! I did eventually receive a refund, that took weeks to arrive back in my account. I would not recommend and will certainly not be using them again.

Helpful lady I spoke with on the phone, and went ahead with the order for 6 red led marker lights, and at a good price for a quality led light. I would recommend eurowagens on my dealings with them.

Product and service was what you would hope and expect. No problems which is when you find the true metal of a company i.e. how they respond when things do go wrong but as I say in this case product as described, delivered on time and at a competitive price
