Fast, helpful service. Professional and extremely helpful advice finding exactly the correct replacement headlight for our BMW Z4. Part arrived promptly - and on schedule and was well packaged.

Hi,
The headlight that you ordered is just the headlight unit. The images of this on our website, which shows that the ballasts are not included since they are separate part numbers. Unfortunately, we have not had any prior emails from you regarding this so we were unaware of your issue until this review was left.
I can see that our customer service team also sent you a few messages to confirm the compatibility of this unit prior to dispatching it and these were also not replied to.
If you would like to contact us directly we can assist you with trying to source the control modules if the original modules from the old headlight are unable to be used.

Thank you for your feedback, since England has now left the EU customs fees will be due on all Imports to Italy. We would advise all customers to check taxes and Duties on imports prior to ordering.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for parts.
