Item was inadequately packaged such that the headlight glass, which could have been facing internally, was facing the exterior of the box and was broken on arrival. However team were helpful in responding and sorting a replacement.

Brilliant Customer Service and Representatives. Extremely understanding and helpful. Anna and Laura were both fantastic, standout representatives.
My insurance company let me down after my car being hit whilst parked by an uninsured driver. I returned a headlight after Insurance said it would have no impact on my own no claims then they changed their minds after finally over a month later informing me the other driver is uninsured.
Spoke to eurowagans and they were extremely understanding, sent me back the headlight and even honoured the sale price I had got it for originally.
Many thanks Eurowagans, my new first port of call for parts.

Good staff knowledge
Had ordered a part elsewhere, and the wrong part arrived. Turns out my car is listed as model for one year, but is the model from the year before. When I then came to Eurowagens, the person I was speaking to worked out what the problem was, and found the right part, and despatched it very promptly

Product was as described, tax hidden
Product was as described, support service was prompt and advised correctly. The import tax to EU made this item expensive for what it is, the tax wasn't clearly mentioned on the website, so a somewhat misleading namr as eurowagwens.

I can confirm you have ordered from England, which is now outside of the EU, so there will be taxes and duties from customs as set by the Irish government, we do not have control of these and they would need to be paid before they can deliver your order. We would advise all customers to double-check for fees when ordering outside of their residential country.

Were unable to deliver required product.
Order placed early September. They were unable to deliver required product. I was told that this was due to their supplier in Germany failing to supply them.
Eurowagens staff most apologetic but that still left my Range Rover lacking rear lights.Suggested that the Hella lights might be available mid November
.Refund requested. Expected shortly.

From the correspondence, I can see that when this was initially ordered the ETA for this part was the end of October as this part had to arrive from our supplier. I can see that we also later communicated that this initial ETA had been delayed to the 10th of October and unfortunately, this was later delayed again. You confirmed that you would like this part to be cancelled and refunded as you no longer wanted to wait for this item this was actioned for you. Please accept my apologies for the delays on this item. It was arriving from our supplier's European warehouse which can sometimes encounter delays.

Great experience
The part fitted perfectly and was similar in output to the original. Description was spot on and delivered promptly at a reasonable price. Had a query which was dealt with promptly. Would use them again.
