C'est votre droit, mais c'est dommage. Nous ne prétendons pas être parfait, mais nous nous efforçons toujours de satisfaire nos clients.

Ich habe bei Evenshop ein Samsung Galaxy S24 plus mit einem Snapdragon Prozessor gekauft.
Die Lieferung dauert zwar etwas länger, aber das Samsung mit Snapdragon Prozessor ist auch nicht einfach in Europa zu bekommen.
Bin sehr zufrieden und werde in Zukunft immer dort bestellen.
Der Kundenservice ist auch sehr freundlich und hilft bei Problemen.

Commande protection smartphone
J'ai passé commande le 31/12/24 mais aucune nouvelle 15 jours plus tard....Finalement le vendeur s'excuse platement pour le retard et m'offre ma commande en dédommagement (protection d'écran portable). Je réévalue donc ma note à la hausse

TOP...if you are not in a hurry
If you are not in a hurry for receiving your product I absolutely can recommend the store. If something is not going as thought (mainly related to the expected delivery date) the customer service part is TOP. If you are asking for status update you get an immediate response. In my cases the delivery date was pushed out week per week but this was also not accepted by the Shop. To summarize very good customer service which is interested in customer satisfaction.

Great prices but don't expect ANYTHING…
Great prices but don't expect ANYTHING else! My Oneplus 12 arrived after a couple of weeks (they didn't promise a fast delivery date so all fair) but there was a defect pixel immediately. Got in contact, they apologized and I sent back the phone. They claimed to fix it, but NOTHING changed when I got it back weeks later. Tried again, sent it back, got it back exactly in the same state. Still waiting for a reply but starting to accept that I spent almost 800 CHF for a phone not in factory new condition.

Lieferfrist sogar unterboten und nach 5 Tagen geliefert!
Anfangs Schwierigkeiten bei Zahlung mit Paypal aber nicht zu definieren warum. Kommunikation war Tip Top!

Waited more than one month for delivery of item. Every time I ask the shop about expected delivery time they takes days to respond, and the reponse is always next week (3 times!)

Ich habe nach längerem warten mein Geld…
Ich habe nach längerem warten mein Geld zurück erhalten. Ich verstehe es ist ein kleines Geschäft welches nicht wie Digitec,Galaxus und Co in sache Versand und Rückerstattung mithalten kann, dennoch waren Sie immer sehr freundlich und haben mich auf dem laufenden gehalten. Somit bin ich im grossen und ganzen ganz zufrieden. Dieser Shop ist für Menschen geeignet die keinen Zeitdruck haben und länger auf ein Gerät warten können. Alle anderen die Ungeduldig oder die Zeit nicht haben zu warten (mich eingeschlossen) würde ich auf eine andere Website zurück greifen.
