Worst Customer experience ever

The functionalities are extremely basic, and offer very little flexibility - not much you can do with them. Does not help that their customer support, replies on average 48h after you ask a question. If she ever does... I had an issue that was never resolved, I kept asking and she kept pushing until the event I was organising was over. On top of that they kept charging me 3 months after my event was over when I had paid for a month subscription only... all in all BAD. - to be fair they just reimbursed me for the over-charge.

If there’s a feature you were looking for that we don’t currently offer, we’d love the feedback. We are adding new features every day!

Also, I reviewed your customer support history in detail. I’m not really sure where the miscommunication here is, but we did respond to each of your requests within just a few hours. Our support team is global and responds to most requests within an hour.

Easy

It isn't too complicated to figure out, which I love. It offers enough to get the job done and still be able to make a unique and efficient website.

It would be nice to offer for more features when it comes to customizing backgrounds and uploading photos. E.g. being able to include pictures on top of the background that you can move around and placed where you like without covering up the front.
