It is a very curstomer friendly design. I really like that I can download the tickets immediately after purchase instead of only via mail. The only feedback I have is that maybe you could add a saftety check that people filled in their right e-mail adress by having to fill it in twice. Oh yeah, and 15 minutes way kind of a short time to gather me and my brothers student number, so a little bit more time for that would be amazing :)

Organizer is changing lineup - cannot get ticket refund. Imagine having ticket to visit Madrid, but it is changed to Oslo. WTF how is this legal? Wont use every again

I was buying tickets on consert. Money was withdrawn from Credit card and at the same time tickets were cancelled. Weeztex does not want to solve issue and make refund.

When trying to buy tickets for the Ye concert in the Netherlands, the website was disastrous. First I got sat in queue for more than an hour, when it was finally my turn, they were supposed to send me to purchase the tickets. Instead, I got stuck on a screen where it said «something went wrong». I tried on multiple devices and networks, but the same thing kept happening every time. There seems to be no way of avoiding it. When hosting such a large event, you really should be able to run a website better than this.

Didn’t work at all and was a complete waste of time sitting in line a full day for the sit not to work at all. Couldnt complete payment because the site is buggy af and then kicket me right back at the end of the queue again.

During the ticket sale for the Ye concert, the website was practically unusable. Selecting tickets was nearly impossible, and when I finally managed to select 3 tickets, they were not added to my cart. Shortly after, I was completely kicked out of the session and placed back at the end of the queue.

What’s most disappointing is the response from customer support. They refer to “overwhelming traffic” and a technical issue, but offer no solution or compensation whatsoever. Meanwhile, the ticket sale continues without any guarantees or meaningful assistance.

With a large-scale ticket sale like this, you would expect the system to be properly prepared. Technical issues can happen, but in that case, at least provide a fair resolution.

I tried buying tickets today and spent two hours in the queue. When I finally got through to the ticketing page, I couldn't select a seat — every time I clicked “Next,” my basket was suddenly empty. After six minutes, I was kicked out and thrown back into the queue, where I waited another two hours.
When it was finally my turn again, all I got were error messages.
How is it possible that a system designed for one purpose — selling tickets — simply doesn’t function? And it wasn’t just me: three friends and two family members had the exact same experience.
An absolutely massive failure.

I had a very frustrating experience with Weeztix during the Kanye West presale. I waited in the online queue for 5 hours and 30 minutes, only to finally reach the front and receive an error message instead of being able to purchase tickets.
There was a complete lack of clear communication throughout the process. No proper updates, no transparency about ticket availability, and no explanation for the error after such an extremely long wait. The queue system was painfully slow and clearly not prepared to handle the demand.
After investing over five hours of my time, walking away empty-handed because of a technical issue is unacceptable. This experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. I expected a much smoother and more reliable ticketing process.

Just awful, signed up for Kanye West presale for his show in the Netherlands and was made wait and waste 5 hours in a queue just to give me an error. So many more people on Reddit forums etc. are having the exact same issue.
