Part of order missing and sent wrong grocery item. After calling them, they expedited missing items but still sent the wrong quantity once again. Had to call a second time - awaiting a refund for the missing quantity.
I had refrained from ordering from them for 6 months as same issue at that time ( I always place large orders).

No apology offered at any point. Staff training needed.

1st time ordering - great
2nd time - it was all cut into chunks and mixed (even the ribs were cut into chunks). Supplier said next time to put in notes when ordering. Was underweight but that was dealt with.
3rd time- put in notes of how I wanted it. Delivered again in mixed chunks and when I called they said they received no notes. So if you buy the full mutton, you will get nothing like the picture on the website just chunks of it with a packet of mince and you will spend at least 30 minutes trying to sort it into useable pieces

First of all i would like to say that the Evergreen team is so polite and helpful. This time i bought fresh beef on Umar’s advice and i cannot stop myself from giving a review because the meat of the beef was extraordinary! It was so succulent and tender, i have never had such tasty beef in my life! Thank you Evergreen team.
