Excellent and efficient service. I highly recommend

Fresh meat and very good customer service.

I placed an order late Wednesday evening and it arrived on Friday, I got a cash refund for an item that had sold out and everything seems good quality. I will definitely be using this company again.

My last experience with evergreen wasn’t good at all. 😞😞 I had to waste all my chicken and meat. There was a delay in delivery despite stating on website “next day free delivery. And when I received my order through dpD the guy left the parcel on door without pressing the door bell. My all meat smelled bad and wasn’t fresh at all. There is no way to claim back my money. I can’t really process whom to blame “Evergreen or dPd parcels”.

Very clean. Chicken and meat are always fresh and packaged very nice. Delivery time is minimal I got my order right aways.
I hope they do middle eastern kofta and more ready marinated middle eastern spices.

Evergreen has sent me spoiled chicken for the third time. They've lost my trust, so I'll never buy chicken from them again.
Whenever I had a problem, they were fast to reply by either providing me free fresh chicken or refunding my entire purchase price. That does not, however, excuse the fact that they have a severe problem with quality of the chicken they are selling.

I was really looking forward to receiving all my orders, as the emails was showing everything was on its way. However this was not the case. I had an item missing which was funded by cash, which I found quite odd and then one of the food colouring that I ordered was not the brand that I ordered. So his was quite frustrating for me. I would order again, however I think the team need to make sure all the items are available and to let the customer know if there is any changes to the orders.
