If I could give minus scores I would because Everi are the very worst delivery company I have ever experienced before on now multiple occasions. They have held parcels up in their depos with no explanation when I have paid upfront for an item for next day delivery. Then they have claimed they have tried to deliver said item but they haven’t. When I checked on their own website it told me the item was still in the depo and was held up. The seller would not get back to me, Everi would not get back to me. Then the distributor said I had to wait to get the item to get the refund. All in all it’s been a total failure. The last order was five weeks late and sent to the wrong address and left strewn on their garden.

Absolutely disgusted with Evri and their terrible service. I have lost count of how many parcels have “gone missing” with this company, and at this point I genuinely believe parcels are being stolen. It’s beyond unacceptable.
On top of that, parcels I send out are constantly being returned back to me for no valid reason because of their complete lack of competence and organisation. It’s embarrassing that a delivery company can operate this badly and still be in business.
Customer service is useless, nobody takes responsibility, and every experience with them turns into stress, delays, and disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using Evri if you actually want your parcels to arrive safely and on time.

I am writing to give feedback about my experience with Evri, and honestly I would rate your service 0 out of 10.
My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The service has been unreliable, communication has been poor, and I have had to spend a lot of time chasing updates instead of receiving the service I paid for.
This level of service is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. A delivery company should be reliable and trustworthy, but unfortunately my experience has been the opposite.
I would appreciate:
A proper investigation into this issue
An explanation of what went wrong
Steps you will take to prevent this happening again
At the moment, based on this experience, I would not feel confident using Evri again or recommending your service to others.

Worst experience ever with a parcel delivery.
Parcel appears to have been delivered to Evri since Wednesday before. It's Monday today, no delivery, no way of actually speaking to a human rather than a bot about delivery. Keep getting messages promising delivery with false delivery time frame. I think companies and PayPal out to avoid delivery via Evri. Appalling customer service

Simply dreadful delivery company. I’ve waited in nine days for my parcels but nothing but pathetic excuses and lies. If you are a company who sends stuff out or a customer just don’t use them!

My parcel was delivered to someone else I had a photo of my parcel with two other boxes showing a front door which was not my door and it was not familiar to me and being late at night I did not want to walk around village as we have no pavements or street lights. I have just been out to my gate and I have found parcel inside my gate, we have lived here for 48 years and had a delivery a few days ago which was delivered safely I did try to get on line to ring your phone no but it just cuts off, what is the point of putting a phone no on your site that dose not exist or you do not intend to answer just cutting any calls off. I was watching rip off Britton this morning and Evri has had so may complaints and I do think you need to review your contact details to let people know you have no intention of answering your phone,.

Dire service. Cannot meet delivery times due to items just sat in warehouse for days. Customer service no help and just bare face lie.
Stopping purchasing from companies who use this company as you don’t get items on time or even at all.

Everi Deliveries bloody joke,
Can’t get to speak to Anyone, Ezra online chat ridiculous never recognises anything you put on, I have lost to parcels as gone to wrong address, disgusting customer service, I shall stick to Amazon in future don’t have any issues with them, plus you can speak to humans, I wouldn’t even give 1star if there was that option. Stay away from them 😡😡
Is this the worst courier company in the known universe?
After several years when receiving deliveries via Evri, my general impression of Evri is to say the least, unimpressed.
This latest one takes the biscuit.
On the latest, the 21st of this month, I received an email saying "We're expecting your Asendia Inbound (Huxloe) parcel". My first thought was "what could it be, I was not expecting anything, so let's wait and see".
On the 23rd, I got "We've got your Asendia Inbound (Huxloe) parcel".
On the 24th; "Your Asendia Inbound (Huxloe) parcel is out for delivery".
Then later; "We've delivered your Asendia Inbound (Huxloe) parcel". in this email was a photo showing a hand holding a parcel with my name and address on it in front of a blue door. My door is red.
I contacted Evri, (not the easiest thing to do), and here is their reply;Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting us regarding parcel reference H04QIA0077897359 which you had not received.
"I can confirm we alerted the courier as soon as you raised the enquiry, instructing them to take corrective action and provide us with further details about the delivery of your parcel.
Whilst I continue to look into this for you, could you let me know whether your parcel has been located or not since you raised the enquiry. For example could you check with any other members of your household, neighbours and / or safe places at the delivery address to locate the parcel.
If you still can't find your parcel after taking these steps, please reply to this email and I'll be able to assist further."
I replies saying I had walked along the street Both ways and none of the doors matched the photo.
As of today I still have not received said parcel nor any other email from Evri and I still don't know what is in the damn thing, I cannot find any outstanding orders in my email inbox or bin.
Today I made a report to the police via the Report Fraud website.
Update; Today I got a call from the police who have logged it as a crime but also closed the case.

I understand this must be incredibly frustrating waiting for progress on your delayed parcel. Below I've added some additional detail that may be of assistance to you.
Can you refund me directly if the parcel isn't found?
Our clients ask that we refund them directly for a lost or damaged item. They will have their own policy of replacing or refunding items with their customers and therefore you will need to liaise with them directly.
I paid extra for next day, can you refund me the postage?
Again this is at the discretion of the company that you purchased the item from so you need to liaise with them directly.
Can I cancel this delivery?
We can only take instruction to cancel delivery from the shipper of the parcel.
Can I change the delivery address?
If you need the parcel redirecting to a different address you would need to contact the sender of the parcel to arrange this.
As soon as there is any further news on your parcel you'll be notified of it's progress. I'm sorry I couldn't help you further at this time.

Worst courier service ever, my heart sinks every time I know any of my parcels are going to be delivered by Evri, they are totally unreliable and I’m lucky if I actually receive a parcel from them at all! Customer service is shocking, you literally go round in circles with them! Cowboy, fly by night outfit would score 0 if I could.
Evri Distribution Centre Vandalism Goes Unpunished
I purchased a JVC LT-43CT450 43" SMART FULL HD HDR LED TV via Ebay from the seller SuperRecycle who are based in the Sheffield area.
I paid for this item on the 14th April and a 48 hour delivery, only it took until the 21st April to arrive. The old nut shell about "We attempted to deliver on 20th was a lie.
On inspecting the packaging on the 21st April, I could see a bit of a dent in the box which had a black plastic coating surrounding the box.
Upon further inspection, after opening the box, I saw the television screen was smashed right across the screen, like it had been deliberately stamped on.
The seller "SuperRecycle" assures me, the television was intact when it was handed over to Evri. I contacted Evri and ended up with an AI bot with a set of answers for evey question, and complaint.
When Evri finally responded, it was a total cop out, with the feeble excuse "and these things sometimes happen, you should contact the seller for a replacement or a refund."
This wasn't some accident, where a package has fallen or been dropped when being carried from one place to another, this was a deliberate act of vandalism carried out by one or more Evri distribution centre staff.
I attempted to escalate my complaint, and got the response "Can you give us the tracking number information as we cannot find any link to an actual package? I responded with both the order number, and the tracking number (Order No 07-504-90716) (Tracking No H0017A07173714), Evri then blocked me. Is there no way to add photo evidence on here? I should report thus to the Police, as it is vandalism.
Delivered to wrong address.
Evri delivered to wrong house and sent the delivered picture of someone else's house. I found the house 6 doors away left on someone else's door step in the rain at night. I will now ask sellers in the future who they will use to deliver. I have had 6 out 6 bad deliveries from evri.

Why, oh why is it so difficult to speak to an actual person at Evri, I'll tell you why, because they are rubbish, and an automated "live chat" and an automated "phone system" is a dam good cop-out! you are never given the opportunity to speak to a person. I have now removed them off my delivery service permanently. I have nothing good to say about them!
And another thing, looking at the reviews even their responses are the same to everyone. I rest my case.

Suspected theft of return parcel worth £248.00
If I could press no stars I would.
I returned a very large parcel to TEMU (using a printed label provided by TEMU) to my local petrol station and Evri drop off point.
I have evidence I dropped it off.
My parcel (it appears) never left the drop off point (legally)as it was never scanned out of the building !
I have had extensive contact with TEMU and they have confirmed my parcel (according to their records) never left the drop off point and also that they have no transit details for it.
It is no longer at the drop off point either
I suspect it was stolen by the Evri courier.
I am in the process of trying to prove it
😡there is no other explanation.
I believe TEMU as they have showed me extensive proof.
Evri are just ignoring me and hoping I will go away !

These guys should have their licence revoked. They are utterly the worst. They say they attempted delivery when they did not. Only ever happens with this lot and happens all the time. They are as bad as that other lot, Hermes. I'd rather send my stuff via a carrier pigeon than trust this lot.
