Evri collected my parcel on Friday afternoon at 1.40pm, updated on Saturday morning at 07.29am to say they were processing my parcel, now 17 hours later and no movement or update, absolute joke

The courier didnt even come to my house…
The courier didnt even come to my house and sent a photo of “proof of delivery “ of someone else’s door with a parcel on the doorstep that couldn’t have been my parcel due to the size. Contacted Evri and all they suggested was that I should go and knock on all my neighbours doors to see if one of them had my item! Not a chance of me doing that and the door in the photo could be anywhere! They then washed their hands of the whole thing even though their courier lied by pretending they had been to my house and the photo “proof” they provided was not my house. If I ever see that a seller uses Evri from now on I won’t be purchasing from them as Evri cannot be trusted at all

If I could give zero stars I would . I have been waiting 11 days for delivery they say it’s out for delivery and it never arrives . I eventually had a girl called Claire so say handling this who was useless and ignored all my responses despite saying please contact her with any queries.Then to top it all after failing for 11th day she had the cheek to send me an email saying I can see you delivery failed yesterday I hope this wasn’t inconvenient and saying they would give me another day. Also under evri has two trustpilot review posts one with the correct bad reviews and one -good - maybe this is what Claire does all day writes good reviews instead of helping customers rather than fobbing them off.

If I could give no stars I would. 3 parcels in 2 weeks returned to sender yet have not even attempted delivery - one was a much needed stroller which I got for a one off bargain price and will now have to pay much more for, one my dad's 60th birthday presents - never arrived. Other potty, pants etc to potty train my daughter in half term - not arrived.

They were supposed to deliver parcels to me 4 parcels 3 out of the 4 were dumped outside the flats were i live and were stolen i only managed to rescue 1 as I was passing and he had just dropped it so I was able to rescue it
Couldn't get the important bit right
Lots of email updates on status and a photo of the delivery, which actually came earlier than first estimated... but all undone by then being delivered to the wrong address. I'd happily forego much of the email spam if only they got the important bit right!
Totally useless
Totally useless, and they lie about attempting to collect 4th time this has happened! This company employs liars, today and yesterday I have waited in for them and both days have said attempted to collect but no body home! I will never use them again.

Ervin don’t want to deliver to your home. For the second time this month I’ve waited over a week for delivery to home. The first the order was lost and Money refunded, second time - still waiting. Ordered another item to be picked up at Argos and it was delivered next day. If you are not going to deliver to domestic customers say so - it would make sense given the atrocious service you deliver at present.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I needed a parcel that I was told would arrive on Thursday. Everi received it on Tuesday. It's now Saturday, and it's still not out for delivery. Absolutely disgraceful. Please do not use.
This company is completely useless
This company is completely useless. For 48 hours my tracking has been saying "out for delivery" but no sign and no further information. Parcel Shop phone number is utterly pointless as is the chat - both AI or chatbot-run, no option to speak with an agent and the chat even stops you sending messages and just says "Goodbye" and ends the chat. This is a birthday present and I need to know where it is and when i'm going to get it. They're probably a very wise company not to have any humans operating their so-called customer service because if I did get to speak to an Evri representative, they would get an absolute barrage of abuse.
I will NEVER use this company to send a parcel myself and I will NEVER again buy from a retailer if the only delivery option is by Evri. Waste of space.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Evri’s service somehow manages to get worse every single time. We paid for next day delivery, yet the parcel didn’t even arrive the next day — and when it finally did, it was damaged. What exactly are customers paying for?
This isn’t even an isolated issue. We’ve had delivery drivers leave parcels in bins, dumped in ridiculous “safe places,” or left completely exposed where they were inevitably lost or stolen. It’s beyond careless at this point.
The most frustrating part is that this is how Evri treats regular, paying customers. Reliability, accountability, and basic common sense seem completely absent from their service. If you value your parcel arriving on time, intact, and actually recoverable, avoid Evri wherever possible.

Evri has lost my parcel
Evri has lost my parcel. I had to refund the buyer as they had paid for the item and delivery. I have rang evri to tell them this and they said sorry we can't refund you anymore as the buyer is nothing to do with us. Now I have lost my item and money for it because of evris incompetence. Obviously I had to refund the buyer as it wasn't their fault but now I have lost the parcel and payment
Damaged packaging and goods inside. Shameful.
Having ordered from a company my goods were delivered by Evri. They arrived with the packaging damaged and when I opened up the box the inner packaging was damaged and when I took out the item it was also damaged. The items were sent back via the courier Evri. How can their staff be so unconcerned regarding the items they carry. Somebody needs to lose their job.

Ordered a shark fan from QVC which was due to be delivered today . So this afternoon EVRI turned up , threw 2 parcels at my doorstep , rang the doorbell and got into his car as fast as he could . When I opened the door I found only the 2 parcels , but he was also due to deliver the Shark fan which he didn’t actually deliver . When I checked my emails he clearly sent a message saying that the Shark fan was delivered and left on my doorstep . Except it wasn’t ! So I managed to stop him from driving off and asked him about the fan . He said that he definitely delivered it and when I disputed that he suddenly said he didn’t understand English and just drove off ! Have contacted QVC and asked for a refund as from previous experience there’s no way it will be delivered . Have also reported the item as stolen .
Easily the worst courier in the UK
Although I would never willingly use Evri, I have had them “deliver” parcels to me 10+ times since some companies seem to continue to use them.
Out of those times, not once have they actually succeeded in delivering to me. Most of the time, the package ends up at another door in the building despite it being clearly numbered. I assumed the drivers were just lazy and didn’t want to use the stairs, but as it turns out, they are just completely incompetent. This time, they delivered to a completely different building despite it being obviously numbered, and left the parcel on a busy street, where it has now disappeared.
I might have thought that I was just unlucky, however, my family have had a package delivered to a neighbour’s garage, with the photo only showing the floor as proof of delivery, as well as another being delivered 80 miles away to some completely random village.
How can they be so consistently awful yet continue to operate?
This is Not Evri!
I encourage Evri to take legal action against this company as it's transparent passing-off. Check the website - it's got nothing to do with delivery. I urge TrustPilot to ensure that reviews for the well-known delivery company don't end up here.
Unspeakably bad.
I don’t know how this company stays in business, or why. I order several times a week from Amazon who are brilliant. If a parcel is to be delivered by Evri there will a succession of messages saying “delivery attempted” which is always untrue. I have arranged that this carrier is never to be used for my orders.
I write this because today May 24th I found a boxed package that had been thrown over the fence into my back garden which is adjacent to a public footpath. On examination it was addressed to a person 2 miles away and I delivered it myself. The awful point here is not only the delivery to a wrong address bearing no similarity to the one on the box, but the cynical decision to not even leave it at the front door, but to deliberately walk to the back of the house and throw it over the fence. This to me portrays a deliberately aggressive attitude, please all suppliers avoid this company, and customers speak up.
Is Evri a Delivery Company?
I'm not even sure that Evri is a delivery company. In the last few months their drivers have lost an item, delivered an item to the wrong address and declared that they are unable to find a large detached house.
Worse that useless.
