Terrible serivce from a Chinese company pretending to be based in the EU.

I ordered a jacket and was sent (from China) a totally different and terrible item instead - when I asked to refund I hit the usual Chinese obstacles about return fees and import taxes etc.

They then offered me a partial refund and a reorder of the correct item. That too was substandard and they have now ghosted me by not returning my emails.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS

They've changed their name to Marlow & Grey btw!
I had to give a * in order to write this review but if I had an option I would not have given a *. This company is a fraud. I paid to return a pair of jeans to China (they do not tell you they are in China when you order). The jeans got stuck in customs because they refused to pay import taxes. I repeatedly asked them to pay and take it from my refund. But they refused. Evri (and that's another story) refused to let me pay the taxes. I got an email to say I had been charged for the return of the jeans as they couldn't be released from customs. I did not authorise this payment and don't want the jeans back. However they haven't yet arrived after a month and maybe they never will. I will burn them if they do!

Do not buy from here - totally cheap and horrible dress arrived and then offered 10% refund.

This company is absolutely shambolic, everything is shipped out from China, items are looking cool. In website but they are cheap crap that looks nothing like the pictures. There is no return of items accepted. It's just scam

Shipped from china. Ordered an XL blazer. It was more like an XXS. Emailed them and was offered a 50% refund and keep the jacket or pay international postage to china. Wouldn't use them again.

Total waste of time. Nothing received after several weeks except AI generated emails. Items shipped from China so they are lying about being based in Europe.

Ordered pyjamas that shipped directly from China, arriving after 14 days—longer than expected.

The quality was disappointing, so I requested a return. The website clearly states customers cover return shipping costs, but when I asked for instructions, I was told to ship back to China with a track & trace number. This makes returns prohibitively expensive and impractical.

Poor quality combined with a non-transparent return policy. I won't shop here again.

Bought a sweater, nice quality. Fast delivery.
