I had 2 deliveries and found the…

I had 2 deliveries and found the quality of the food and the portion sizes are good. However, I am a little disappointed because in my first delivery the package of the chicken was broken and chicken juices had leaked over all the cold goods. Anyways, I washed everything and ate the chicken first. During my second delivery the lime for one of the dishes was missing, which was disappointing as I didn't have any and it was really needed for the dish.

The recipes are great food is fresh

The recipes are great . The quality of products are also fresh and well packaged . The portions are generous .
The service to my door is so convenient and I don’t have to go to much effort to have a tasty meal. I am really enjoying EveryPlate every time !

Prompt delivery

Prompt delivery. Easy packaging and instructions. Good quality food.
Dislike simplicity of meals and lack of creativity.
Never any leftovers and we are not big people or big eaters.

While I do appreciate the cheaper…

While I do appreciate the cheaper pricing it's incredibly frustrating receiving often incorrect spicing additional items are great but no idea where to substitute... incorrect menu planners, I put in a complaint around fish not being received and never heard back so im quite disappointed

Do not recommend if you like nice food.

Delivery came an hour prior to the start of the delivery window, so sat outside for more than 8 hours. Very bad for the meat in the bag as the ice brick was almost completely thawed.

The meals were very ordinary and the instructions were sketchy. I paid extra for premium beef roast and cooked exactly to instructions and it was tougher than an old boot.

I thought I cancelled after my first box, but another box turned up so jumped on to see what happened and it turns out there is an endless loop of 'are you sure' that I neglected to follow the first time. Finally managed to cancel, then they send me a link to do a review. Not ideal. Never again. Do not recommend if you like food.

Very happy customer!

Would definitely recommend EveryPlate based on the quality of the food, good portion sizes and variety of food available. Very happy with the amount of time it takes to prepare, not too fussy or time consuming which really suits us, also loving that I dont have to 'think' every night about what to cook, its already decided!

A few times the rice packaging has been broken open and ingredients spilt. Delivery is spasmodic, but otherwise we are more than happy

Delivery drivers were positive

Delivery drivers were positive, ingredients fresh and high quality (usually). Delivery boxes condition has improved greatly. Free pizza bases were a positive.

Some satchets have been broken in transit, causing spillage, menu's come upside down, carrots broken, menu items missing at times.

Over 40 orders now made, slight improvements seen, but improvements can be made, 7.4/10.

So far its been good

So far its been good. Did have our first box miss majority of the items needed for our 5 meals, but when I contacted and spoke to someone on the website on messenger they were able to apologise and then issuesd a credit to our account so our 2nd week of meals were free from the credit. So far we are approaching our 3rd box with every plate and so far its been good. meals are nice. I am more of a pickier eating when it comes to meat and I want lean cuts and less fat, so I tend to stick to chicken a lot. so feel like my meals are always the same, would like to see bit more variety as it feels like a lot is similar meals to choose from but overall I'm happy.

All really sml seconds with the veg & pretty stingy could at least up the veggie content a bit.
Meat is pretty sml servings which is fine but there's not enough of anything else ie the veggies n salad to fill you up
Salads are fairly basic all in all its only worth it with the discount they first give , also missing one pkt of meat on first delivery which was a bummer

Ingredients missing, no itemised receipts, very patchy delivery and customer service

I joined back in August and have had issues with 4 out of 7 orders.

For my first order, the add-on fruit box wasn’t delivered with my meal box, but was instead dumped at my front door 8 hours later in very bad shape. Half of the fruit was damaged and it was very warm.

My second order arrived 6 hours after the advertised delivery window. The ice was completely melted and the ingredients were smelly. Customer service were unhelpful.

Last week’s order contained rotten vegetables, and my order was changed to contain a meal I did not choose myself. However, this was not reflected on the app and it looks like I DID select the meal, even though I didn’t.

This week, I was charged a $14.96 premium fee for a meal containing salmon. This was missing from my delivery, as well as another ingredient. I was told I would only receive a $14.40 refund for both ingredients, even though I was individually billed a higher price for the salmon. Customer service were unhelpful. Again, a meal was included that I did not select, and I will not be able to use as I do not have the cookware needed to prepare it.

The meals are pretty good when they are received! But am I really saving money and hassle when I have to spend up to an hour every week trying to resolve issues with unhelpful customer support?

Food quality is OK. On Par with other similar companies.
Menu is OK but not finding lots of options we like.
We have selection for 4 ppl and meals are feeding 2 adults and 2 kids with 1 or 2 serves left over for lunch.
customer service is good.
Also , its worth noting, its the same company that does Hello Fresh, - just a different name.

Left food in sun,and food spoiled

Left food in sun,and not at back door as requested meat products spoiled, vegetables not fresh. Customer service poor, they were having a party when I contacted them. Took 4 attempts to reach them. Left on hold and got to hear all the conversations in the office

Love the menu & the price

I order once a month as there is only me. I get 2-3 meals out of each dish. I have loved everyone of the meals I have ordered so far. I like the menus & the variety & price.
Definitely recommend for both families & single people
