Incredibe team of facilitators, 5 facilitators for 8 participants, beautiful site, loved the entire experience and have already recommended it multiple times to friends and family.

My experience of the Evolute Institute, and more specifically of their deep immersion program EvoLEAD, has been totally positive, both during online meetings and in the four days in-person retreat.

Right from the start I felt this is an organisation I could trust to facilitate and support me, not only in facilitating the psychedelic journey, but also in the preparation to it, and in the integration process after it. Right from the start, when I spoke with co-funder and facilitator Dmitrij in order to discover whether the program would be beneficial to me, I was impressed by his competence, openness and above all, heartfelt care.

I would soon find out that those were characteristics that I would meet again and again during the program, both online and at the retreat, in the co-funder Patrick and in all the facilitators, therapists, coaches, and medical doctors; my heartfelt gratitude to all of them: Dmitrij, Christopher, Patrick, Naomi, Maria, Rianne and Sarah. Their loving presence was felt all the time, before, after and during the psychedelic journey, and their coaching was fundamental in creating a safe and friendly setting. This setting soon made it possible for the group (we were eight journeyers) to get to know and feel close to one another, as well as to go into and out of the psychedelic journey with an open mindset and with clear intentions.

And the journey itself? It was a true and unforgettable revelation.

Evolute is run by a team that is thoughtful, empathetic & deeply professional.

The preparatory sessions prior to the ceremony are thorough and informative. It also builds trust and provides insight on your fellow travelers.

The 1:1 session is essential to articulate your intention prior to the ceremony and it crucially drove my experience during the ceremony.

Based on the preparation and the magic of the “medicine”, I feel the journey with Evolute is bound to be most fulfilling.

I believe that the integration sessions are crucial to absorbing such a complex experience.

The team is familiar with the latest research and understanding of neuroscience, psychotherapy, alternative therapies for mental health, leadership training, & spirituality.

I had the chance to participate in the Evolead program end of 2022 and I was extremely happy with Evolute Institute. What I can say is that I can highly recommend it. It was a very exciting experience for me being an entrepreneur and always striving for self development and ways how to improve my character and my leadership skills.

The most important takeaways for me personally were:
- The whole setting with the facilitators, with the group work, the preparation before the retreat and the integration program after the retreat, were crucial. It helped me a lot to understand the whole concept around leadership and what we're actually learning on paper.
- The actual retreat experience then basically allowed me to make sense of all what we were learning beforehand.
- So in this regard, I can say that the experience itself helped me to discover more of my personality and to discover also how to lead properly in the future and how to become a better human being.

In terms of the facilitators and the program itself, I can say that the Evolute facilitators are extremely professional. Everyone knows exactly what they are talking about, what they are doing. I give five stars out of five possible stars.
And what I appreciate most is that everyone from the facilitators, but also from the participant group was actually really able and willing to evolve and to become part of this whole journey. We always had the feeling that we are not alone, that we are part of the group and that we can raise all the questions that we have and that we get all the support that is needed. And this exactly, in my opinion, is what's important and required in such a setting.

Thanks to the facilitators again and to the whole group for making this experience so special not just for me as an individual, but also for everyone who participated. I am looking forward to new adventures.

I'd like to share with you the amazing experience I had through this EvoLead program that I attended, end of 2022. It was amazing. It was, I would say, transformative for me, at least.

And it gave me the opportunity to really see how I could change my relationship to others, in particular in my management style and the way I would interact. I would say, I'm now more sensitive to my needs and others' needs and see how I can get them matched together.

So on that aspect it was really important to achieve this amazing result. For me, what was instrumental was the group of people who were with me along these three, four months in a row during the EvoLEAD program. I discovered different people, and the power of the group as an entity was really important for us to grow together and to get through this amazing experience.

And all of that couldn't have happened without the amazing work of the EVOLUTE Institute team, who was all the time available, supportive, inspiring, and always very present. So thank you. Thank you very much to the group. Thank you to the team, and I really recommend that you try this amazing experience.
