Quick response to my online enquiry, Amy contacted me right away, walked through the process and got me set up quickly. The engineer turned up on time, installed the unit quite quickly with no mess or issues on site and walked me through the unit and the app which was easy to use. I would recommend Evolution for your EV charger.

Jake the installer messaged ahead to confirm his arrival time. He talked through the install before starting and we agreed on my preferred location for the charge point. The installation was high quality and extremely neat. He cleaned up fully once the work was complete. Demo of Ohme App was comprehensive and Jake answered all the questions I posed. I would highly recommend Evolutions Solutions, my customer experience was first class from start to finish! Thank you

Recently purchased an electric car charger, and Ben from Evolution Solutions came out to fit it.
From start to finish, Ben was exceptionally professional. He arrived on time, giving us a courtesy call beforehand to let us know when to expect him. The installation itself was completed to an excellent standard, with real attention to detail. All of the cables were cut to the correct length and neatly routed, so we weren't left with a bundle of untidy wiring.
Once the installation was complete, Ben took the time to walk us through the work he had carried out. He also made sure the accompanying app was set up correctly and that we understood how everything worked before he left.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben and Evolution Solutions to anyone looking to have an EV charger installed. Excellent service throughout.

I am very unhappy with this company. As they changed their quote with hidden costs stating they need 10 metres of cable. They do not as their electrician did the survey outline not needed and I went for an un feather charger.

I am unable to speak with them no one answers phones and no one answers emails. I would like them to be aware this does not reflect well on their service at all.

On the day of installation, Jake contacted me informing me a time he was due which was prompt. Installation was smooth and fast and he showed me how to work the epod and set up the app. Absolutely faultless all the way through.

Seamless from start to finish.

Ordered my charger directly via Ohme, and was assigned Evolution Solutions as my local installer. They noted the looped supply of my property from the photos, contacted my DNO and handled all of the paperwork. From order to installation was just 13 days.

The office team kept me updated with my installation, even offering to bring it forward (but unfortunately I was unavailable), and letting me know anything they required from me.

On the day of install, the installer (Cameron) kept me updated on his arrival time. Arrived as communicated, listened to where I wanted the charger installed and the route of cables, and explained what he would be doing.

Installation was fast, with no detriment to quality. All cables are straight, EV charger and sub board level, no blown bricks, and everything cleaned up afterwards (I wish I could add photos to my review). Power was off for 15 minutes tops, which was important when working from home.

After having previous cowboys in my property for other jobs, and reading about these specific EV charger install companies that try to smash out installations at the expense of quality, I was reluctant about the install. But Evolution Solutions didn’t disappoint.

I’d have no issue recommending them to people purchasing via a manufacturer, or directly through them.

The only thing I’m disappointed with is that they only do EV installs, rather than general electrical work as I’d definitely have them back!

Having taken the plunge with an Electric runaround car the EV charger was the next decision and who to use, well Evolution Solutions was the company I decided to contact and could not be happier with the service received.
From first point of contact through to our install date updates regular contact by email and phone from Amy was very reassuring as when you part with your money that contact is very much required.
Our EV install was today 29/06 by a cracking chap named John, arrived on time with text message received, quick, professional, polite, engaging, patient and explained how everything operates from the actual hardware install to the App. Absolutely cracking experience with Evolution Solutions start to finish and very competitive pricing and a 3 year guarantee.

Good communication throughout, from initial telephone enquiry to installation. Simple steps to follow in an online survey which enables the engineer to see existing wiring and the intended location of the unit. We were then given a date & approximate time for the installation. Carl arrived today, on schedule, & did a very neat, tidy job. Very happy with the service received from Evolution Solutions.

The EV charger installation was scheduled between 8:00am and 10:00am on 22/6/26, and Max arrived promptly at 9:00am, which was a great start. He quickly assessed the installation requirements and existing electrics before getting straight to work. The entire job was completed in around two hours. Everything was fitted neatly and professionally, and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards. Highly recommended – a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
