Sold my Mercedes no issues at all a very friendly team took care of everything and made the sale as simple as possible for myself thanks to Matt who guided me through everything on the phone and Ben who came to collect my car. All in all a very good experience would definitely recommend these guys

I collected my BMW X3 two weeks ago from Evolve. Harry was professional at the initial contact and was very straightforward to deal with. I was a long distance customer and Harry arranged for me to be collected from the train station. Again, it was all very straightforward, no issues at all.

Benjamin and team made the whole selling/collection process (on Motorway) very straightforward and reassuring. Clear explanations of all the handover and payment process, and just good people to deal with. Insisted on awaiting the clearance of the funds via Motorway before leaving, so doubly reassuring that I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Thoroughly recommended!

Recently sold my car to evolve motor company from one phone call a few checks they sent one off the team up to had a look round my car made sure it was what I said it was ie condition. Transferred the money straight over and the car was gone couldn’t off been any easier.

Outstanding value and service, far better than main dealer experience
Just taken delivery of a BMW M440i Gran Coupe from Evolve Motor Company and the experience was excellent. The car was exactly as described, immaculately presented, and very high spec.
Value compared to main dealers was genuinely outstanding, with no compromise on quality or preparation.

Harry was friendly, knowledgeable, and no-pressure. Communication was occasionally a little slower, as they are clearly very busy, which meant coordinating the sale of my car, PPF, additional security and insurance carefully. Having said that, all questions were followed up professionally and the car was delivered as promised.

Handover was very smooth and I was very happy they used an enclosed trailer. Special thanks to Ben, the driver, who expertly navigated a tricky reverse and kept me updated during the delivery with Whatsapp live location.

They made a reasonable offer, and kept to there promise collecting the vehicle, and payment within 5 minutes of completing the checks.

Visited Evolve to purchase and part exchange and dealt with Drew who was very helpful. He assisted and my part exchange and everything went through seamless there was a bit of a wait whilst my vehicle was checked over but the the finance on previous car cleared and new finance arranged. The car I received needed a full service which they advised me to get done and they would reimburse me which they did. They also had a full valet done before letting me leave as it was dirty.

But the pleasant part was the after sales when driving I had a couple issues which came up one the drivers side window stopped working and 2 the windscreen has a small issue and the warranty would not cover these issues and after speaking to Shane in sales and Taylor in vehicle prep they agreed to get them both replaced for me which they did and they honoured their word took just over a month as they tried source the part cheaper but after being unable to do so ordered me the part from my local Mercedes to collect and got my car fixed to again A1 condition. Ever so grateful as once the warranty refused they attempted to deal with the warranty on my behalf when no luck they agreed to help me so I wasn't out of pocket. Overall the service was great the dealer honored their word the car was mechanically perfect and I got a hassle free part exchange and the car I wanted so Thanks EVOLVE Team I would never hesitate purchasing another car from yourselves
