It took forever to get the funds transferred, emails would take 2 weeks to even get looked at, then if there was a problem it took another 2 weeks to tell me and so it went on, when I rang up I was told there was a problem opening my application but it was now ok, then weeks later I was asked to complete another different form, it took over 6 months to get this one simple transaction completed.

I received a email asking to rate evolve pensions on trust pilot today. Iâve never heard of this company or had any dealing with them.

They donât seem to have a number you can call so youâre stuck with a long wait. Apart from that the online portal is ok, I havenât benchmarked their fund performance and fees to others but expect itâs in line with the average.
