Long Drawn Out Transfer
It took forever to get the funds transferred, emails would take 2 weeks to even get looked at, then if there was a problem it took another 2 weeks to tell me and so it went on, when I rang up I was told there was a problem opening my application but it was now ok, then weeks later I was asked to complete another different form, it took over 6 months to get this one simple transaction completed.

Customer services slow response
Main issue is customer services, who respond in 10 days to requests. Yes, 10 days. They do state that is their response time but seems an extremely long time to get a simple answer. They donât seem to have a number you can call so youâre stuck with a long wait. Apart from that the online portal is ok, I havenât benchmarked their fund performance and fees to others but expect itâs in line with the average.
