Problems now resolved
wasn't too impressed by the quality of the items we purchased - quite comfortable but narrow in design and with unfininished rattan effect strands.
Initially company didn't want to know - saying I would have to ship back ant my own expense - however after working with them they did finally agree to refund - would thank them for that.

Once you provided photos, our team reviewed the areas raised and offered several solutions, including replacement panels, compensation, or a full return. When you confirmed you preferred to return the set, we arranged collection at no cost to you. Unfortunately, the initial DPD collection was not completed as scheduled, so our team followed this up directly with the courier and rebooked it. The set has now been received back at our warehouse and your refund has been requested. We’re sorry the courier complications affected what had otherwise been an agreed resolution, and we appreciate your cooperation throughout the process.

The furniture we brought was for a show house garden we were landscaping. It was less than we had costed for and was easy to assemble and looked great.

Looks expensive, hope it lasts!
The furniture looks lovely but have only just put together so can't comment on how it will look and perform over time. I really love the colour which is described as Cedar Brown on the website but, amusingly, on the packaging box is described as 'Mould New Brown', not quite as appealing! It was quite fiddly to put together and the screws easily round-off which is annoying and meant I had to bin a few and then find alternatives. The branding badge looks cute but isn't great quality so probably won't last which is a shame. Delivery took over a month which was a bit irritating but not the end of the world. So far, overall, I'm very happy as I paid a very good price for it and I think it looks a lot more expensive than other sets I was considering.

Not worth the stress
Ordered a modular sofa set as it was next day delivery and we needed something quickly for the weekend. The delivery was as expected except that we received a gas bbq! I contacted customer services to arrange collection of the bbq and to deliver the ordered (and payed for in full) sofa set. I was told that they would not deliver the sofa until collection and inspection of the bbq had been arranged. I reluctantly agreed however the delivery company failed to turn up as arranged meaning that our next day delivery took 5 days in total. To add insult to injury, 2 chair backs were the wrong size so we still have no functioning furniture a week on while we wait for replacement parts. The whole thing has been a disaster from start to finish. Save yourself the effort and spend a little more elsewhere.
To note, the individuals I spoke with to address the issues were polite and as helpful as they could be, but the over arching company policies are a joke as is the standard of items.

As soon as the issue was raised, our team arranged collection of the incorrectly delivered item so the correct furniture set could be released. Unfortunately, the first collection was not completed by our courier as scheduled, which extended the overall timeframe despite the replacement process already being in place. Once collection was confirmed, the correct set was dispatched promptly. When you later reported an issue with two chair backs, we reviewed the photos and arranged the correct replacement parts directly from our supplier. We’re sorry that a combination of fulfilment and courier issues made the experience more drawn out than it should have been, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked through each stage.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that your order had not arrived sooner than expected. We can confirm that the order was subsequently delivered and received on 5 August.
Just to clarify, the set you purchased normally comes with grey cushions, and the alternative beige cushions were requested and arranged as a custom order specifically for you. As these are supplied directly from our overseas supplier rather than our standard stock, they can take a little longer to arrive. Based on the delivery tracking, we understand that the order has now been received and hope everything is now resolved for you.
