Incorrectly welded framework - Customer service said we had to return the faulty part before they would rectify.
How do we do that with no packaging?
Also no apology for any inconvenience.
Very poorly made. Instructions useless.
Incorrectly labeled parts.
And the frame welded with the bolt holes to the front not side for connecting the parts.
Customer service team do not care at all.
Delivery was late.
No communication from them at all.
Utterly appalling!

Regarding your delivery, large items are dispatched in multiple parcels for safe transit, and we apologize that the final box took a slightly longer time to reach you due to a courier routing exception. Furthermore, we completely understand your frustration upon discovering that one of the framework parts was manufactured incorrectly, which affected your ability to seamlessly build the daybed.
When a part is not manufactured to our usual standards, our normal procedure is to request its return so our quality team can inspect it, which is why a prepaid return label was provided. However, we appreciate returning a component without the original packaging is highly inconvenient, and we sincerely apologise if our previous communication felt unsupportive of this challenge. Your comments regarding the assembly instructions and part labeling are also very valuable and will be shared directly with our product team for future improvements.

Returns
My order for chairs was£52.24.i realised they wouldn't fit at my breakfast table,so the box is unopened. Evre want to deduct £39.99 from my £52.24 for collecting them back. This seems excessive. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered off Evre after another supplier let me down
I ordered off Evre after another company let me down. Having waited over 3 weeks for delivery, with no date or information forthcoming, I cancelled and purchased from Evre. The furniture arrived a couple of days later, and I was updated every step of the way. Couldn’t praise them highly enough. Superb service and the product delivered was excellent quality.
